Research On Forming Mechanism And Evaluation Of Competence Of Chinese Traditional Medicine Enterprises

After entering WTO, challenge and opportunity of our national featured enterprise co-exist. Chinese medicine is the strongest industry in owning intellectual property advantage and international competitive superiority. Chinese medicine products'getting international patent and entering international market meet the requirements of participation international competition. Meanwhile, Chinese medicine industry is a comprehensive industry having industry long chain, which is very important for our industry structure adjustment and economy development. But looked on our country present situation, the Chinese medicine enterprise's whole situation is not optimistic. The problem is general weak competence. As the market competition main body, how to take effective measures to cope with actively, foster Chinese medicine enterprise competence and make sure a kind of long time competitive advantage have important meaning. So this paper studies the formation mechanism, fostering mechanism and evaluating model of our country Chinese medicine enterprise competence. It provides theory for promoting Chinese medicine competence, which having important theory and practical significance.First, analyze the connotation and present situation of our country Chinese medicine enterprise competence. Define the connotation and features of Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine enterprise and Chinese medicine enterprise competence, analyze the present situation and problem of our country Chinese medicine enterprise development and anatomize it.Second, analyze the elements of our country Chinese medicine enterprise competence. Analyze the elements framework from the aspects of resource competence, knowledge competence, capability competence and environment competence, then, study the coupling relationship among them. On this base, taking thirty-one listed-companies'financial data as reference, make empirical analysis on four latitudes coupling relationship. Third, analyze on hyper-cycle mechanism of our country Chinese medicine enterprise competence. Define the connotation and features of hyper-cycle system of Chinese medicine enterprise competence formation. Divide the paths of hyper-cycle system to lateral path and vertical path. Finally, study the function of hyper-cycle on Chinese medicine enterprise competence formation from the aspects of enhancing resource using efficiency, promoting knowledge innovation speed, facilitating ability improvement frequency and accelerating environment improvement dynamic.Fourth, provide fostering mechanism of our country Chinese medicine enterprise competence. Build up the fostering mechanism structure of our country Chinese medicine enterprise competence, including dynamic mechanism, coordination mechanism and acting mechanism. Analyze the elements deeply, and on this base study the internal cooperative relations.Fifth, build up evaluating model of our country Chinese medicine enterprise competence. Define the connotation, function and discipline of Chinese medicine enterprise competence evaluation. On the base of analyzing the building reference of Chinese medicine enterprise competence index system, build up the index system from the aspects of resource competence, knowledge competence, ability competence and environment competence. And then, choose entropy to make sure index weight and choose TOPSIS to evaluate Chinese medicine enterprise competence, finally construct a perfect evaluating model of Chinese medicine enterprise competence.Sixth, make empirical analysis on our country Chinese medicine enterprise competence evaluation. Make twenty listed companies as evaluating object and combine financial analysis and questionnaire, then get the competence evaluating index data. Use entropy to calculate index weight, use TOPSIS to calculate relative closeness of resource competence, knowledge competence, ability competence and environment competence and get competence comprehensive evaluating value, finally make technical analysis and conclusion analysis of our country Chinese medicine enterprise competence evaluation results. Finally, suggest the promoting countermeasures of our country Chinese medicine enterprise competence. These countermeasures contain four parts: enhancing Chinese medicine enterprise resource acquirement and accumulation, bringing in knowledge management, enhancing Chinese medicine enterprise ability exploitation and improving Chinese medicine enterprise producing and management environment. What's more, the important contents are analyzed deeply.In summary, this paper studies our country Chinese medicine enterprise competence systematically from the aspects of elements, formation mechanism, fostering mechanism and empirical evaluation. Combining qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, this paper provides comprehensive indirection on our country Chinese medicine enterprise competence fostering and promotion and has important theory and practical reference value.
