A Study On The Airlines' Competence

In the recent years, deregulation in the domestic aviation market and opening sky in the international aviation market have become the great tendency of the world aviation transportation's development. The tendency of openning sky is a opportunity, but also a challenge. Openning traffic rights means more and more foreign airlines can take off and land in Chinese aerodrome. On the one hand, these cities can get more business chance and become more prosperously. But on the other hand, the expand of these foreign airlines in our country make a very huge impact on China airlines. The managers of China airlines must improve their operation level in order to adapt to the international operating requirement. They would be replaced in they don't do so.Based on aboving Chinese airline industry development status quo and market competion background, this paper chose"A Study on the Competence of Airlines"as its subject. The purpose of this paper is analysis the forming mechanism of airline competence, setting up the competence evaluation index system of airline, finding out scientific evalution method and exploring effective approach to improve Chinese airline competence. The realization of these purpose is very helpful for promoting the study of corporation competene theory, upgrading the competence level of Chinese airline and acceleratting the development of national and local economy.This paper persisted in the combination of theory and fact, advancing and feasibility. The deep and systemic study content of this paper included the following parts.Firstly, on the basis of summarizing the study fruit of competence evaluation and applying synthetically relevant economics and management theory, this paper studied the opetation characters of airline industry, especially the operations characters, analyzed the forming and developing environment conditions and course of airline competence, set up the forming mechanism concept model of airline competence which was the theory basic of designing airline competence evaluation indexes. Secondly, according to the forming and developing course and infection factors of airline competence which was opened out through analyzing the forming mechanism of airline competence, this paper applyed statistics revelant theory and method to design evaluation indexes in order to reflect roundly the airline competence level and infection factors. According to the science and simplification principle, this paper set up evaluation model of airline competence and design necessary computer programmer in order to strengthen the maneuverability of evaluation method. Finally, This paper collected the main Asia airline's data, applied the evaluation index system and model which were put forward in this paper to evalue these airlines, reflected Chinese main airlines'competence level and demonstrated the the evaluation index system and method's feasibility. According to the demonstration study results of Chinese airlines'competence evaluation, this paper analized the main factors which inflected airlines' competence level in China and studied the approach and countermeasure to improve Chinese airlines'competence.
