This study aimed to create an useful model to be able to be utilized to uplift the effects of world economic growth, by the survey technique applied to the staffs of worldly known enterprises, public service workers in economic division, journalists, and Sam Sung Group employees.The study also attempted to propose an effective leadership policy for the extension of leadership training opportunities, reducing the conflicts in leadership practices, and maximizing the potential capabilities of all employees, which have been advising for the past 10 years from the start of joining in the world economic movement and successful business operations.Leadership should mean an ability to lead the employees toward intended direction to yield some expected outcomes, and it functions of solving the group problems, making the system to be adapted by varied work situations, and motivating the workers. In another view, the leadership of worldly known Sam Sung enterprise could mean the ability to lead the workers to the company's planned way and achieve various productions for the final benefits of the company. And the staff members, in the other hand, are responsible to solve the inner problems, to put an effort to make the Sam Sung Group to fully adjust to the internationally changing situations, and also motivate the employees to satisfy their individual interests and uniqueness.However, it seems that the leadership factors which Sam Sung prefers to adapt, are not the only sources to operate their businesses for the other worldly known enterprises. That means the leadership factors could be varied by country, nature of business, and people's attitudes.With these premises, this study attempted, by an analysis of the series of leadership policies that adapted by various companies, to present a priority model to the succeeding companies through an analysis of the operations of Sam Sung who takes the lead as one of the globally expanded enterprises, to find the best conditioning factors to make the world operation leadership be creative to prevent the shrank of businesses in seize, to make the leaders to fully perform their potential capabilities, and present an effective model for the decision makers and following researchers.The problems of the study would be defined as follows.①What the degree of the interest of worldly known company staff members, economic division public workers, journalists, and Sam Sung employees about the Sam Sung leadership style would be ?②How much the Sam Sung leadership programs have been upgraded?③How the leadership and creative management are interrelated in Sam Sung Group?④What is the best way to apply the Sam Sung leadership policy more effectively?⑤What the Sam Sung leadership improvement plan should be? In relation to the above problems, the significance of this study can be outlined as the following.Firstly, through an analysis of preferred and participating styles of leadership by the worldly known top leveled enterprises, their need and wants would be clarified, and it will be helpful for the succeeding generations in managing the global businesses.Secondly, through an investigation of Sam Sung Group leadership style, it is expected that some unusual techniques for global management should be emerged, and the attitudes of the members of worldly known companies, public workers of economic division, journalists, and Sam Sung employees could be appraised.Thirdly, this study will supportive in formulating the appropriate management process to fit to the global management through Sam Sung Group creative management.Fourthly, with a research insufficiency about the top world rank enterprise management leadership styles, it is expected that the study results would be a help for the future studies of same kind.Fifthly, the analysis of Sam Sung Group leadership in view of global management, will also be helpful for the leadership policy researchers and other related personnel.Accordingly, the researcher, considering the importance of leadership, attempted to present a global management model through an investigation of practical and ramified leadership operation plan that is undertaking by Sam Sung Group which is one of the worldly known enterprises. On top of this, the study also aimed to present an improvement plan for the efficient global management leadership policies by analysis of the attitudes of the global business staffs, economic division public workers, journalists, and Sam Sung Group employees about the Sam Sung Group leadership. The purpose of the study could be more detailed as follows.First, the study will attempt to verify the successful business management plan and its effects, by analysis of the various leadership practices that will enable to extend the latent faculties of the world top ranking leaders.Second, the attitudes and facts will be discovered and analyze through the questionnaires and interviews with the world business staffs, economic division public workers, journalists, and Sam Sung Group employees, in accordance with Sam Sung Group leadership.Third, an improvement plan for the effective world business management leadership practices will be present through an analysis of Sam Sung leadership vitalizing programs that will be advised by the world business staffs, economic division public workers, journalists, and Sam Sung Group employees.This study will have the following limitations.First, there would be some difficulties to generalize the study findings, because the sampling was limited only to the world business staffs who are presently living in Korea, economic division public workers, journalists, and Sam Sung Group employees.Second, some particular attention should be necessary in interpreting the study results because the leadership styles could be varied depends on the nature of businesses and countries.The size of study population were 320, and consist of 80 staff members of 8 world ranking businesses in Korea, 80 economic division public workers, 80 economy related journalists, and 80 Sam Sung Group employees. For data collection, the questionnaire program which was invented and reconstructed by the World Business Management Research Institute was adapted.The collected data were analyze by 12.0 version of SPSS for window use, and executed the Paired T-test, Independent samples t-test, X2 test, Cronbach's ? coefficient, and standard deviation.The followings are the summary of study findings.1. It appeared that Sam Sung Group recognizes the client services as the most valuable factor, and attempt to relate the management strategies directly to the vision of management, with the continuous system innovation to be able to adjust the radically changing environment(M=4.79, SD=0.71, X2=215.44).2. The efficiency and control should be the principal factor in Sam Sung organization management, and the workers are allowed to use their individual capabilities fully under the flexible controls(M=4.46, SD=0.99, X2=97.95).3. Sam Sung Group leadership functions as an energizer who motivate the organization members and maximally uplift their abilities(M=4.43, SD=0.96, X2=94.05).4. The Sam Sung Group vision and strategies are related to management and operation, and work as a transformer with an integration and directing the changes and renovations(M=4.40, SD=1.02, X2=112.75).5. The Sam Sung employees are inclined to put the best efforts, and are ready for the maximum utilization of privately belonged talents for their company(M=4.24, SD=1.06, X2=73.15).6. The duties of Sam Sung employees are distributed both horizontally and vertically for the best performance, and they are strongly committing to do the best all the time for the given responsibilities(M=4.34, SD=0.98, X2=84.02).7. Sam Sung adapted a role model of management vision and strategies in addition to the efficiency of operation, for the improvement of human welfare and make all the company related personnels be satisfied(M=4.24, SD=1.06, X2=63.63).8. The organizational structures of Sam Sung Group are formulated as a network through which all the part of systems are interrelated, and the adhocracy are mostly formed to flexibly change the structures to meet the situational needs(M=4.24, SD=1.06, X2=73.15). 9. The Sam Sung employees are mostly eager to adhere to the company, have a strong reliance and affection to the organizational goals, and are doing their best with a conviction that their current job must be continued as a lifelong occupation as such(M=4.19, SD=0.96, X2=51.19).10. The commitment of the Sam Sung employees are maximized by the management environment that allow the workers autonomy to be responsible for their individual tasks(M=4.17, SD=1.09, X2=61.67).On the basis of the results, a recommendation for desirable leadership to be adapted by the global business management, could be made as follows.1. A perception should be formed in the company, which will be the basis of reaction, attitudes, and acts through a reciprocal endeavors.2. The attitude of interrelated win-win cooperation will need, with the globally extended business management.3. The relations among the companies should be changed from autonomous competition to bona fide competition through collaborations, and should try to find the win-win strategies by which the both parties can be survived either from win or lose.4. The leaders should transfer some of the their authorities to other employees, and role as a facilitator or coach who will create the work environment in which the workers perform their duties voluntarily.5. The empowered management techniques are advisable which will motivate the employees to propel their tasks spontaneously on the basis of trust between the leaders and the workers.Within the recent movement of the governing power to new generations in Sam Sung Group, it tends to that the nature of the system structures are changing, and the fidelity of the employees are gradually dropping down. Under these circumstances, the team work system was introduced, and the function of the team captain was highly extended, and the role of well-working pipeline and coordinator among the members of hierarchy is newly emphasized.As such, the leaders who are responsible for their roles and expectations should well acquainted with the work know-hows and related techniques, and utilize feedbacks with inspection of the employees work performances based on all the collected information.The businesses of today's company can not be successfully managed only by the volition and capabilities of some of the top executives, and it is expected that the success of business management will depend upon how much they utilize the creative capacities of the employees and will invest them into the business operations.
