Research On Leadership In The Enterprise

Lots of research on management and leadership is all caused by the expectation on solving the organization problem. Many literatures discuss on leadership and correlative problem. In past years, diversified book concerns have published the books about leading and leadership, trying to find efficient leadership and lead the organization to survive.Efficient leadership not only constructs common faith, value and expectation, but also amends the fellows'opinion on the aim. According to the statistic, detailed researching shows that leading process takes 45% of the all organization work and deeply influence the result of work. Meanwhile the research on leadership make it's possible to evaluate the organization system and culture the leadership characters.So this paper, of which leadership is the topic, is to provide some reference for leadership research by studying elements in leading process. This paper which puts the leadership on an important position, with the known productions on the field, want to expatiate what's the leadership, what characteristic it has, how many elements it include and how does it action.Nowadays companies of China are far away from the foreign companies in culturing leadership and using models. But it doesn't mean that we can neglect leadership research, the other way round, it's necessary to construct a kind of efficient leadership for a successful company, so we should keep one eye on it. This paper researches the valuable of leadership, through introducing, analyzing and utilizing the six main theoretics on leadership, and consequently discusses how to construct efficient leadership .
