The Study On The Enterprise Leadership Promotion Of YH(Lianyungang) Corporation

Under the age of fierce competition today, every enterprise try to remain invincible and develop their business persistently and healthily. The promoting of enterprise leadership is the key factor. Enterprise leadership includes five essential factors: leaders,employees,bylaw,evaluating system and prompting mechanism,corporation culture.
