This dissertationanalyzes the interests of all stakeholders in the industrial relocation process. It distinguishes thebargaining game between the transfer side and the receiver side in the traditional industrial relocation interest game model Three game models—game model of local governmentscompetence, game model of local government and enterprises and game model of government,enterprises, rural cooperatives—will be constructed, and relevant conclusions will be drawn.At present global economic structure is in the continuous adjustment of status.
