Deepening of market economy in our country, the disappearance of the former stable market environment, the constant change of the needs of customers, the compressing space for corporate profit, the ambiguous boundary of market and the rapidly changing in market that the enterprises face, all of these need the enterprises to keep innovation. The enterprises must change the former strategic for survival, emphasize the new strategic thinking of operating the business, and keep to identify and cultivate the ability of strategic innovation. Thus, the strategic innovation can be brought in operation effectively which finally form the successive competitive advantage and impel the enterprise develop sustainably in market. On the basis of borrowing the relevance principle theories and successful strategic innovation experience of some well-known enterprises, the thesis analyzes the connotation, composition, mechanism and evaluation of the enterprise strategic innovation. The main research contents are following:Firstly, with the analysis and summary of the relevance theories and study of the enterprise strategic innovation competencies, and the analysis of the subject and behavioral process of the enterprise strategic innovation behavior, a clear idea of the logical relation has been presented, the concept has been defined, the three features has been depicted, the origin of competitive advantages has been compared, and it summarized the taregt and function of enterprise strategic innovation competencies forming.Secondly, by the analysis of the composition of the enterprise strategic innovation competencies, the thesis has divided it into four:the catching capability of innovation strategy, the designing capability of innovation strategy, the implementing capability of innovation strategy and the changing capability of innovation strategy. Besides, the theoretical analysis of the capability elements that the dimensionalities included has also been done.The catching capability of innovation strategy includes capability of information acquiring, capability of knowledge storing, capability of market summarizing and capability of strategy perception. The designing capability of innovation strategy includes capability of innovation thinking, capability of strategy reaction, capability of business readjustment and capability of strategy governance. The implementing capability of innovation strategy includes capability of learning innovation, capability of recourses utilizing, capability of personnel collaboration and capability of system adaptation. The changing capability of innovation strategy includes capability of strategy controlling, capability of information feedback, capability of innovation cultivating and capability of culture updating.Thirdly, the thesis has indicated the formation and evolutionary way of the "source-flow-field" for enterprise strategic innovation competencies, and divided them into five procedures:1, the emergence of the enterprise strategic innovation conscious; 2, the formation dynamic of the enterprise strategic innovation competencies; 3, the interaction of its formation elements; 4, the condition of its system generation; 5, its system formation and evolutionary. Meanwhile, with the hyper-cycle theory, the thesis has described the patterns of the reaction-cycle, catalytic-cycle and hyper-cycle in the evolutionary.Fourthly, the thesis has done empirical study on the enterprise strategic innovation competencies evaluation, designed the research program, and chosen the methods. Moreover, with the PLS structure equation model, the thesis has done deterministicparsing on the evaluative dimension, ascertained the system of evaluation index. Simultaneously, it has structured the evaluation model based on the implementation with the using of neural network with fuzzy input, done evaluative empirical study on the object.Conclusively, the summary and innovations of the thesis:(1) the proposal and analysis of the concept of enterprise strategic innovation competencies, the structure of its four dimensionality structure model; (2) the indication of its "source-flow-field" mechanism, (3) the depiction of its hyper-cycle formation and evolutionary pattern; (4) the structure of its evaluative model. And, at last, the thesis has pointed out the deficiencies and the point that needs further study.
