The Research On Conflict Recognition Based On Neural Network And Management Of Conflict In Industrial Technology Innovation Strategy Alliance

Along with the globalization of economy and technology,Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance(ITISA)that based on cooperation and game rose gradually.ITISA can efficiently focus dedicated resources,reduce innovation costs,improve effectiveness of work and realize the win-win of member of ITISA.So more and more industries prefer to choose ITISA and it developed rapidly.Harmony among members is the fundamental condition for development of ITISA,but alliance conflict has great influence on harmonious development.So it is vital to manage the conflict efficiently.ITISA conflict recognition is the key link and recognizing the right conflict types can influence the success or failure of conflict management.An important topic in ITISA conflict recognition is to establish what recognition system and use what kind of identification method.Starting from the development background and concepts of ITISA,this thesis describes relevant knowledge such as influence factors,conflict types and conflict management in detail.Secondly,this thesis conducted attribution analysis of ITISA conflict based on documents research and architectural analysis of ITISA.Thesis extracted analysis framework for influence factors based on structure of ITISA,it analyzed the influence factors from the individual level and overall level of ITISA.Then thesis put forward performance indicator according to characteristics of influence factors of ITISA conflict,and established effective indicator system for identifying conflicts types.Attribution analysis improves conflict theories of ITISA;moreover,it also provides theoretical foundation and grounds for establishing recognition model based on neural network.Thirdly,this thesis established recognition model that based on the thesis theories and characteristics of neural networks.In the data collection phase,thesis obtained 151 valid questionnaires through surveying 243 ITISA members in three phases in Zhejiang province.And through data filtering and processing,thesis get 117 valid samples and analysis verify the reliability and validity of data collected.After data processing,the established recognition model based on neural network has been studied and tested through MATLAB.The outcome indicates this recognition model with function of self-learning and portable could well identify different types of conflicts,could relatively reduce the man-made effect in recognition process.Fourthly,this thesis identified conflicts types of TD Innovation Alliance(TDIA)use the established indicator system and recognition model,recognition result showed that TDIA is easy to produce higher levels of task conflict in start-up;in growth,process conflict is the main conflict;Maturity is easy to produce higher levels of relationship conflict.Based on the research conclusion,the paper putted forward suggestion for conflict from overall level of ITISA,and then putted forward suggestion for three conflict types based on recognition of ITISA conflict.
