The Research On The Collaborative Management Of The Large-scale Project Based On Remote Control

With the increasing improvement of the market economy and reform and opening-up in the 21th century, the market of the project management is developing prosperously and the corresponding theories and practical abilities are improved swiftly. Nowadays, the research on large-scale project management mainly concentrates on the aspects like the improvement of the method of project management,the management mode and information system. However,the research on the collaborative management,the organization management of large-scale project and remote control has just begun. The mode and method of the system frame,the composing factors and the collaborative management of factors is researched weakly by the scholars,which is just the theoretical basis on the collaborative management of the large-scale remote control project which is developed by the enterprises scientifically. This paper is based on the complex theory,the project management theory and synergetic and the specific contents are listed as follow:Firstly,the paper probes into the concept and characteristic of the remote collaborative management of the large-scale project,discusses the necessity of the remote collaborative management of the large-scale project according to this and analyses the factors of the remote collaborative management of the large-scale project from the resources,organization and techniques. The remote collaborative management of the large-scale project is based on the guiding principles of collaborative management,uses the network communication technology and computer system,breaks through the restriction of time and space,establishes the "competition-cooperation-coordination" operation mechanism,improves the whole coordination of the system and maximizes the benefits from the coordination of the organization,process and management function. Meanwhile,this system includes the three factors such as the resources,organization and techniques of the collaborative management. Among them,the organization is the subject,the resource is the object and the techniques are methods of remote collaborative management.Secondly,this paper studies the objective system of the remote collaborative management of the large-scale project,analyses the relationship between multiple objectives,establishes the basic collaborative model of multiple objective coordination of the remote collaborative management of the large-scale project by using the collaborative model of the system and analyses the mechanism of this process. The cost,time and quality objective are the three basic objectives of the remote collaborative management of the large-scale project. Meanwhile,the mutual relationship and restrictions of these three objectives form the balanced objective system which are both opposite and unified.Thirdly,this paper details the process of the remote collaborative management of large-scale project,establishes the overall model of this process and the public and local knowledge base by the information integration using the computer network system. Meanwhile,it adjusts the decision-making scenario dynamically by the information interaction of knowledge base,controls effectively the process by using group decision optimal model and discusses the collaborative process between and in the stages of projects.Fourthly,this paper establishes the resource system of the remote collaborative management of the large-scale project,which includes the people,fund,matter and information and details the people coordination,fund coordination,matter coordination and information coordination according to the resource system.Fifthly,this paper analyses the supporting system of the remote collaborative management of the large-scale project,which mainly includes the organization mode and information platform. It proposes the organization mode of the remote collaborative management of the large-scale project by analyzing the organization mode of the existing project management. Then it demonstrates the establishment concepts,model and specific establishment steps of this platform. Meanwhile,it analyses and summarizes the requirement,main functions and specific implement of this information platform of the remote collaborative management of the large-scale project.Finally,it analyses empirically the remote collaborative management of the large-scale project by the case of the information system of the reconstruction project of state general supplies repertory.
