The Research On The Remote Management Of The Project Based On Coordination Model

With the rapid development of science and technology in the twenty-first century, a series of characteristics such as the type and scope of the project are also changing.This situation results that the methods of project management must be constantly updated.In order to respond to these changes, a new management method named remote management has been produced, which makes full use of remote control technology.The article studied the project coordination management from the views of remote control technology, which was based on the traditional project management method and combined with advanced computer technology. This paper analysed some characteristics of modern project and adjusted the method of the project management according to these characteristics, which also highlighted the necessity of remote management for the project.This paper analysed the remote management of the project from five aspects:resources, scope, schedule, cost and quality. Based on the contents and the methods of the corresponding remote management from the perspective of five aspects, the author maked an overall research on remote project. And the author constructed a coordination model, combining schedule, resources, cost and quality. Then, the article studyed the influence degree of the remote management from the main components of the project respectively. On the basis of the above, the author integrated them to achieve a high degree of coordination for the whole remote management.Finally, with the help of the complete theory and methods, the author constructed an information platform, which is fit for the remote management to project based on Coordination Model. Around the remote management platform, this article launches the elaboration mainly from the following aspects: Firstly, we introduced the theoretical methods, the model and the corresponding structure design of platform construction.Secondly, how to realize this platform. Through the specific analysis above the all, the author established a plasticity integration platform finally. The platform can realize the sharing of information by the central database. At the same time, it also can integrate the existing software functions, which makes it realize the remote control of the project management more effectively.
