Technological Innovation And Evaluation Of Diffusion Effect Based On Field Analysis Of FCE Model

About technological innovation capacity and its diffusion effect evaluation, paper is conducted discussion and proved that the reasonability that based on field analysis of innovation diffusion process, put forward an operational evaluation system a methods on enterprise technology innovation capacity and its diffusion effect, established a FCE model of innovation capacity and its diffusion effect, with typical enterprise held an empirical analysis on its innovation and diffusion effect.On the basis of academic research achievements, this paper proved the field nature of innovation diffusion through theoretical derivation and proof on the nature of innovation diffusion such as direction of derivation, gradient, divergence, rotation and so on first. Then, according to the problem on evaluation about industrial innovation and its diffusion effect, put forward a modeling method based on mechanical function. Based on field analysis point of view, it established FCE theoretical model and innovation diffusion effect evaluation system, through three mechanical field function concept: innovation source's action force, action carrier, action effect. Finally, applied correlation analysis, designed evaluation system of enterprise technology innovation capacity and its diffusion effect, established three levels of evaluation index system about gap between innovation source and sink of innovation's environment, used multi-level evaluation and AHP method to reach more scientific target weights of index in evaluation system. Through mathematics analysis on interaction between factors which affecting innovation capacity and gap of level about innovation environment, paper is derived factors affecting the source of innovation role weights, and then took into the mechanics function, thus, it reached a certain enterprise's innovation capacity and its diffusion effect evaluation index.Through case analysis, using the indicator system and evaluation methods, paper is given a evaluation of the enterprise's innovation capacity and diffusion effect, also analyzed key indexes which impact overall innovation capacity.
