Study O N Collectivity Competency Of Enterprise Cluster

The global economy is imperative today, more and more research reveals the rule of economic rapid growth under the promoting of enterprise clusters. During the scope agglomeration of certainty terrain clusters are colony of enterprise and institution, which come into being contacts with each other through system integration, network symbiosis and coupling environment by the value chains. Excellence development of clusters roots in their outstanding competitive advantages, which are established according as the cluster existent competency. All enterprise members participate in the competition through the united competency of clusters instead of by any individual enterprise. Because clusters are multi-body and self-organism network system, which is cooperative evolution between own inherence structure and exterior relationship, Surrounding enterprise development process and logic, this paper brings forward the concept of cluster collectivity competency and studies from the perspective of system science, which can contain together competency of all bodys in cluster. Firstly, this paper aims to discuss some related issues, such as the definition of enterprise cluster, the characteristic of cluster, and analyses their development process, for example rudiment agglomeration, dilatation development, maturity stabilization, reduce decay and rebirth phrase. Using the concept of biology and sociology separately, organization symbiosis and regional embeddedness of non-bargain among enterprise clusters is advanced.
