A Study On China's Urban Housing Security System

To establish a perfect urban housing security system is a necessary supplement of market mechanism and an important part of the nation's social policies and social security system. In order to realize social fairness and secure the habitation of city dwellers, especially the middle and low-income dwellers, the government must take effective measures to solve the housing problem for the low-income families. This paper analyzes and thinks the basic theory of the urban housing security system. It discusses the statement and enlightenment on social security and housing security issues of Marxist economics and western economics, and finds out the law by analyzing and comparing the contents, means, implementing environment and effects of the developed countries' housing security systems in different periods, and then summarizes the experiences and lessons. This article incorporates the theory with the practice in china to design an ideal mode and advance the basic ideas for china's housing security system.According to the requirements of research theme and research method, this article was carried out in two parts: basic theory and empirical analysis. The first part analyzes the basic theory of urban housing security system, which including the introduction and the first three chapters. And the second part including the remaining five chapters empirically analyzes the construction of china's urban housing security system and then puts forward some proposals.Chapter 1: Introduction.
