With the needs of the economical development in practice, the intellectual economy theory formed gradually in the 80th initial period, and obtained the huge development and improvement during the recent years'practice, and then has formed a definite theory system. Meanwhile, How to commercialize intellectual product, by using reasonable transaction force it to be the big power of social progress, will be the great significant research topic. The price theory of the intellectual merchandise transaction is the important basic theory of intellectual economy theories and "intellectual product economics" arisen recently. By taking intellectual merchandise as center, through the market mechanism, and following value rule of merchandise to make intellectual resources acquire the biggest reward trade object and collocate intellectual resources effectively, base on all of these aims, this article puts forward the price theory of intellectual merchandise transaction.The research on the price theory of the merchandise transaction is long-standing, the two theory systems are still affecting the economic life. The fundamental research on the intellectual merchandise can trace to the beginning of 20th century, a lot of scholars have yielded the substantial result in this domain, both renowned political scientists and the economists. However, in the collectively, the majority of scholars' research are all on a certain characteristic of intellectual merchandise at present, but lack the integrity generally. This article starts with the knowledge, building a system from micro level to middle level about the price theory of intellectual merchandise transaction, and we expect this article will increase a wisp fragrance for the research of this domain.According to the literature material, the knowledge is a dynamic combination of organized experience, value, related information and insight. The knowledge merges in the social resources, and is absolutely necessary material to form the intellectual product.
