In the 21st centuries, technologies keep changing rapidly, economics globalization is leading to face with strong market competition. Although corporate development is expanding, but there's also a risk involved. We do have a great understanding on technologies innovations,but the organization structure do plays an even more important role during the development of a company. During developing a company, most of the people tends to face a lot of difficulties due to neglect the importance of the organization structure.The organizational structure of the project is to implement a basic tool for project management, but also to carry out project management foundation. Project management organization structure determines the allocation of project resources, and utilization; determine the use of project decision-making power; determine the rational flow of information within the project, the work of the project team determines the level of efficiency of project activities that can proceed smoothly. The project's organization structure is indeed the foundation inside an organization. It is the integration of all available resources together, to coordinate its distribution play in the overall advantages of resource utilization and minimize the consumption of their waste in order to achieve the best results.Different organizations have different organization's missions, different goals to be determined, different goals, missions, resources, conditions and environment. Therefore, the specific implementation requirements of the project and select the appropriate organizational structure is essential.The organizations structure of the settings related to all aspects of the company, it will likely to bring in some recklessness and errors may lead to business losses. This thesis begins with describing the history of developing enterprise organization structure, do comparative analysis of various theories in the different stages.As an enterprise product development needs, organization structure has also experienced something out of nothing, from the simple to the complex process.The 20th century, early 20th century, 30 years, productivity levels have made great progress; therefore, enterprise is beginning to show great improvement, but the corporate management system is poor. It is necessary for economic scholars to study on how to integrate internal resources to promote acceleration development of a company. With well corporate development requirements, corporate organization structure was being generated. There were a few of organization structure modes at different stages of corporate development. Such as straight structure, functional structure and straight functional structure during the traditional organizational structure of the system structure of three kinds of basic forms and present organizational structure of the division structure, simulated decentralization structure, matrix system structure and multi-dimensional structure of four kinds of forms.These types of organization structures and graphic methods adopted in the form to do a detailed elaboration. In order to better clarify the organization structure of current status and role in the development of enterprises, the author compared with traditional and modern organizational structure and propose some factors and principle to innovate corporate organization which becomes a theoretical basis to improve AOC on own corporate organization structure. AOC was established in September 1, 1999, is a joint venture between Armstrong Group in Singapore and Odenwald in Germany (initially Changchun Chaowei was the shareholder, divestment in 2003) in China which manufactures automotive trimming products as the main business of the professional manufacturers. AOC has more than 360 of employees (including a four branch offices), owned the land area of 20000 square meters, own factory area of 11,699.48 square meters (Changchun Branch), rental of factory area of 8000 square meters (including Guangzhou, Tianjin and Wuhan Branches). AOC has more than 100 of customers and supplies most of car models in China. Now, AOC has become specialist in foam sealing industry. AOC is now in an important stage of the development of enterprise, is the transition from the developing period to maturity. The initial annual sales in the company was just only a few hundred thousands, but now has exceeded billion in annual sales, business sales is increasing tremendously. The company at this important stage in the special needs of sustained and stable development, particularly in market development, the project needs to expand to an even more higher level than before.AOC from the early stage of implementation of the management company established the concept of institutionalization, according to the actual situation at that times, the company is set to a weak matrix organization structure, which is in line with the reality of the situation of the early company. It will be a basis on company development in the future, especially on the improvement of management systems, which is worthy of recognition for a manufacturing company in a process of developing. As the company's is growing and expanding, the company's is still using the weak matrix organization structure as in the initial stage. This structure does not meet the organization structure of companies to develop large projects and key projects of strategic requirements. In order to improve the company's organization structure to meet the company's development needs, the authors by expanding the project department, sales department, comprehensive department to increase human resources jobs, strengthen the role of the project department. This will make a company turn from weak organization structure to a strong one.According to a mature project's organization structure theory, the author takes some of the examples to do systematic studies on company that deal with projects. The author design a suitable organization structure to improve the company. Meanwhile it's useful for other similar manufacturing companies.The problems AOC is facing can't be solved in one time, although the authors proposed some improvement program, the development of the company keeps changing, which need company to have continuous innovation from the practice. That is, the organization should not rigid and unchanged organization structure and institution. Companies need to bold to try new ideas, through constant self-adaptation; to create an atmosphere of continuous improvement and treat it as one part of the core competitiveness. Reason to believe that the company using appropriate organization structure and excellent management, the company will turn to a great developed company.
