Theory Study And Essential Analysis On Regional Agricultural Industrializing Management And Sustainable Development

Agricultural industrializing management is a new manner of production management, which is developed in the domestic agriculture under market economy, and is another innovation of economic system and management means after the family-contract responsibility system. Furthermore, it is also an important guarantee for peasants to build up the affluent society and to become rich, and for the agriculture to maintain sustainable development. Systematic theory and analysis method are used in this dissertation to analyze and study a series of problems about management of regional agricultural industrializing and sustainable development. The main contents of this dissertation are organized as follows.Agricultural industrializing management plays an important role in increasing the agricultural production and building up affluent society. Systems analysis and comparative methods are used to analyze and compare the main causes and contents about agricultural industrializing with developed countries, such as America, German, and Japan.In this paper, the external form and the internal system in agricultural industrializing management are analyzed first. Then the mutual relations are opened out between the management character in agricultural industrializing and internal operation subsystem.The research theory and method on area superiority of agricultural industrializing management are advanced and reasonable superiority system of parameter is formed. Essential analysis has also been carried out with the reality of HanDan just by this theory and methods.In the view of the coordination of the system and sustainable development, the factors associating the management of regional agricultural industrializing with the evaluation methods on the structure of agricultural industrializing have been analyzed. The problems and solutions of regional agricultural industrializing management, such as, land, population and environment have been given.On the one hand, by investigating and analyzing the different kinds of peasants'incomes, the causes that peasants are poor have been found out. On the other hand, the bell is been ringing for our country's grains crisis.Valuable advices and corresponding solutions are given after the evaluation on agricultural industrializing management and sustainable development of Handan city. Handan city is firstly studied by the above-mentioned theories and methods on regional agricultural industrializing management and sustainable development.
