A Study On Controlling And Evaluation Of Hi-tech Product Development

Compared with the traditional product development, hi-tech product development projects have more technology, financial and marketing risks and have more unmeasured and uncontrollable factors. The process of hi-tech product development is very complicated, so it demands more effective project management. To deep study on the characteristics of hi-tech product development and put forward suitable and operational project management technology and management process is meaningful both in theory and application. And it is helpful for technology section, research and development, manufacturing and marketing.With the deep study on the characteristics of hi-tech product development, the writer studied the problems of hi-tech product development planning, controlling, risk analysis and comprehensive evaluation. The model of project planning and controlling based on GERT (Graphical Evaluation and Review Technique) and the model of comprehensive evaluation based on AHP(Analysis Hierarchy Process).And the models have been used in a wireless moving video transferring system. Based on the study of the researched result of hi-tech product and the frontline problems and the characteristics of hi-tech product development, the hi-tech product development process is put forward. The technology system of hi-tech product development based on CE(concurrent engineering) and organization of hi-tech product development is also studied. And then, the project planning model based on GERT is studied and the optimization method is studied. And a GERT optimization and controlling model based MAS(Multi Agent Systems) is also studied. The problems in controlling and risk analysis in hi-tech product development are studied and a project controlling model based on GERT is put forward. And all kinds of risks in hi-tech product development are analyzed. And the comprehensive evaluation system of hi-tech product development based on AHP is studied.At last, the hi-tech product development model in this dissertation is certified with an example of wireless moving video transferring system research.It is verified that the hi-tech product development models in this dissertation are effective in actual application.
