With the coming of the era "Big Data",Big data and machine learning technology are penetrating into every aspect of people's lives:Insurance,finance,retail,communications and other industries are trying to learn about people's daily behavior through computers.The medical industry is becoming a research hotspot in the field of machine learning.In order to explore how to carry out effective progress management in the transformation of laboratory achievements,This paper analyzes the progress management of S project of A company,a newly established medical high-tech enterprise.Firstly,it introduces the industry background of A company,and the project background and project characteristics of S project which this paper mainly analyzes.Then it explains the current status of S project schedule management in detail,combs the S project schedule management effectively,and finds out many problems in S project schedule management by combining the professional knowledge of project management,for example,the inaccurate estimate of the time limit in the schedule,the serious resource bottleneck in the process of the project,the delayed response of the early project changes,and the out-of-control of the change management in the middle and late stages of the project,etc.,and the causes of these problems are analyzed.Then through a large number of related literature research,from the perspective of improving the progress management process of A company,the paper puts forward the solution to the problems of S project schedule management,for example,to solve the problem of inaccurate estimate of pre-construction period,the method of combining plan review technology with key chain is proposed;to solve the problem of resource bottleneck,the concept of buffer pool is added into the project plan;and to solve the problem of change response time,the process of project change is modified.At the same time,the idea of agile development is introduced to reengineer the process of the project.Finally,it summarizes the role of project schedule management optimization in the project process.It also looks forward to the reference significance of this progress management model for other enterprises in the same industry after continuous adaptation and improvement.
