Study On The Forestry Ecological Economic Social Coupling System And Coupling Mode In The Present Age In China

Development of forestry is closely related to ecosystem construction, the economic development and the society progress. From the macro view, the forestry system is a complicated social huge system, and the relation between forestry system and ecosystem, economic system, social system is complex.Look back to the process of forestry development in China, forestry experienced a transition that was changing from laying particular emphasis on the forestry economic system to forestry ecosystem construction ,and there are different emphasises in each period of forestry development.Summarizing and revealing the relation between forestry and the ecosystem,economic society, finding the right way to deal with the relation of the threes,looking for a fitable mode of forestry development and establishing a corresponding strategy for forestry,are some major problems in the development of modern forestry.Fist of all,this study begined with hackling the concept of the forestry and system in detail and depicting the forestry eco-system, forestry economic system and forestry social system.On this foundation, this paper discussed the relation between forestry system and forestry eco-system, forestry system and the forestry economic system, forestry system and forestry social system respectively and came to the basic conclusion: (1)The forestry eco-system plays an main part in the construction of ecosystem;The change from timber-centered forestry construction to ecosystem-oriented forestry construction is a need for national society economy development and also a world trend of forestry development. (2)The forest resources are the foundation of economic development, in the meantime, the economic development dominates the development of forestry.The forest resources has certain bearing capacity to the mankind's resources exploitation, but in order to maintain sustainable forestry development the pressure from economic development should not beyond the bearing capacity of forest resources. (3)There is a close relation between forestry and social system.Social technique progress, education development plays an important role in the forestry development and the forestry development can also increase social employment to promote social progress. In the meantime, the forest culture is an important part of the ecosystem civilization and the forestry plays a main part in the construction of ecosystem civilization.Then the paper set up a forestry ecological economic social coupling system after discussing the relation between forestry system and the forestry eco-system, economic system, and social system. The forestry ecological economic social coupling system is a compound system that coupled from the forest eco-system, the economic sub- system, and social sub-system. The interaction mechanism that exists in the internal of each sub-system and during sub-systems maintains the development of the coupling system. The forestry ecological economic social coupling system has its special system characteristic, close sub- system interaction mechanism; perfect system goals, and integrated system structure system. The paper also studied the forestry ecological economic social coupling mode after setting up the forestry ecological economic social coupling system. The conclusions are: Reasonable forestry ecological economic social coupling mode and operation mechanism can attain good system coupling effect and reach the goal of the system. The forestry ecological economic social coupling mode has various forms and the forestry ecological economic social coupling system can experience a process that develops from low level of coupling to high level coupling along with the development of forestry.Finally,the paper summarize history evolution of the forestry development strategy since the funding of PRC.On the base of forestry ecological economic social coupling system and Coupling mode method, with the emphasis of forestry eco-system construction, the paper put forward a forestry strategy that is: Taking forestry industry as carrier, forestry social system as support and constructing forestry eco-system through marketing.
