To improve the efficiency of knowledge and technology advancement and the organizational adaptability in manufacturing production system, the dissertation leads organizational learning theory to this new range of knowledge practice and makes a premise to technology practice portion by probing into the organizational learning path and characteristics in production system. Associating with manufacturing primary actuality and production system's evolution course and current environment, this paper puts forward organizational learning view of production system's developing route and its principal learning line along interior transferring process of knowledge, technique and experience. The paper unite organizational learning background and behavior mechanism with interacting framework of knowledge and its transferring process mainly from'cognition and knowledge'perspective led by learning theory.Based on parsing the knowledge modalities and interior knowledge transferring methods with multilayer analysis of influential factors in manufacturing production system, the dissertation stresses more importance on interior parallely spreading and vertically transferring process between knowledge gap that exist in individuals and groups of production system, and confirms the dynamical mode and basic operating mechanism of knowledge transform and transferring. Then the orientation and the control of management intervention are pointed out, moreover, common construction and implemental framework of knowledge transferring mechanism in manufacturing production system are brought forward from aspects of technology, organization, culture and exterior environment. Based on actual development of a certain enterprise, a demonstration has been made to study on its production system's knowledge transferring process management.The main innovative work in this dissertation includes:(1) The paper has established innovative relations between the organizational learning which is mainly about knowledge transferring process in production system and the following main aspects: organizational effectiveness, the need of humanistic conception in practice, an approach to talent people's cultivation in manufacturing, the developing trend of flexibility mode in modern manufacture system. Also at one time, the paper constructs an application premise of the organizational learning in technology practice portion by manufacturing production system, and this leads to new theoretical support for converting analysis perspective from organizational learning to knowledge transferring.(2) The paper makes innovative analysis to the evolution course of manufacturing production system and the development of technical knowledge communication from organizational learning view. Based on knowledge duality, the basic relations between organizational learning and knowledge transferring are clarified, and then the paper gives the definition of organizational learning ability from knowledge form and content. Also, the paper has a new comprehension to the knowledge essence of the technology and experience in production system, especially gives an innovative definition to productive experience by abstract form of the tacitness of technology or the concealed knowledge.(3) The paper extends the analysis of knowledge transferring process mechanism in production system, and newly compartmentalizes management intervention phases supported by knowledge transferring cost/gains equilibria. For knowledge transferring process, it improves on the differential eguations with quantity change of knowledge gainer as the kernel, and uses abstract expression with knowledge transferring decrease being in consideration. This makes the model conform to knowledge unforced transferring process better.
