Research In Knowledge Measure Analysis And Evaluation For Knowledge-based Enterprises

Knowledge-based enterprises were main economic units in knowledge economy, and competitive advantage in knowledge-based enterprises is composed by knowledge reserves and knowledge structure in some point of view, which will bring future income. Knowledge measure is a kind of micro-basic research, and there is few of the study of knowledge physical measure.Above all, knowledge and knowledge-based enterprises have been analyzed and discussed from the theoretical angle of view, and then on the base of study by others, the knowledge of knowledge-based enterprises was looked as a system. To analyze this knowledge system, the knowledge of knowledge-based enterprises was decomposed to four sub-systems, which are external relationship knowledge, general structure knowledge, special structure knowledge, and personal knowledge of staffs.Next, to study knowledge in knowledge enterprises, the theory of TRIZ waw introduced to the field of knowledge measure analysis. Altshuler set different indexes to describe technology innovation system, which can be used to knowledge system.When TRIZ was applied knowledge measure in knowledge-based enterprises, innovation, which was the core value of knowledge, was stressed all through. Knowledge innovations in different levels and in different recorders were measured in pivot. The five levels of technology were generalized in knowledge innovation measure.Finally, to measure ordinal numbers of knowledge of knowledge-based enterprises, the analytic network process was chosen. Combined with knowledge management theory and company management practice, this study had constituted a set of indexes system, which had A, B, C, and D four levels of nodes and clusters, and there were 41 feasible nodes in the D levels. The scores of nodes for different decision objects were got from questionnaires to experts, and the proportions between contacted nodes and clusters were got by Saaty'0~9 rank table. After matrixes computing in ANP theory, the order of knowledge reserve in decision objects were reported at last. Furthermore, ANP reports can tell us not only the point superiority or inferiority, but also right knowledge management strategies for some company.
