Since 1998, cultivated land has been occupied 125 million mu, which caused the number of farmers who lost their land measured up to 40 million. In the process of requisition of the land, farmers have been severely unfairly treated with administrative compelled methods—state-established compensation criterion is overwhelmingly low, which caused drastic damage to farmers'benefits. Hence, reforming land requisition system in operation and protecting farmers'legitimate benefits from violation have become a hot issue from theoretical circles as well as practical authorities.Whereas, as far as rural land value added profit is concerned, another hotspot springs up. That is the issue of land value added profit brought by new investors who entered this field, which is being carried through without uttering the proprietary rights. What the farmers demised is usufruct, hence the land remains its rural characters unchanged, from which the profit is to be coined as"rural land transfer added profit".It is becoming a fashion to exploit the land on the basis of usufruct transfer. It is a progress compared with past land requisition system. Farmers as well as developers benefit from this progress because local government has withdrawn from the process of the trade as a third medium. Yet, from a recent survey on on-going cases, farmers'benefits are still being impinged in different extent.Accordingly, under present circumstances, the author focuses her research on the issue of distribution of rural land transfer added profit in order to seek out a reasonable distribution mode, to propose feasible references over this issue in the future on-growing rural land transfer practice.This dissertation, via the analysis frame of"defining relevant concept–constructing theoretical foundation—processing demonstration analysis--chasing down the origin—proposing new distribution mode", through the research methodologies of theoretical analysis, criterion analysis, demonstration analysis, case analysis, and game analysis etc., carries out a particular research on the issue of distribution of rural land added profit in China. According to this frame, the dissertation interprets the concept of distribution of rural land added profit, designs its model, thinks in terms of its shape-taking from theoretical aspect; from practical aspect, the thesis carries the research on the problems exists in the distribution of rural land added profit, chases down the origin of them, poses exploration of the initial stage to construct new patterned distribution of rural land added profit mode.The dissertation carries out its discourse from theoretical research, demonstration analysis, down to countermeasure proposals, which construct the essential content of the dissertation.Part one, theoretical research, is designed to establish the theoretical foundation for the research, which includes chapter one, chapter two and chapter three. The author first employs the method of criterion analysis to interpret the concept of the distribution of rural land added profit; at the same time, according to whether the proprietary rights transfer, divides the distribution of rural land added profit into interior added profit and exterior added profit, which sets the basic foundation for further research by narrowing the research scope. Henceforth, the author selectively reviews relevant theories on ground rent, land value and land property right. Chapter three focuses on the shape-taking of land added profit, results that land added profit due to supply and demand interaction as well as various investment elements, in which the former is entitled price-added profit, the latter value- added profit. On this base, a model of the distribution of rural land added profit is designed. Part two focuses on demonstration analysis, in which chapter four and chapter five are contained. This part stresses the description of the present distribution mode of rural land added profit, accordingly traces the problems behind and analyses the causes of the problems from the viewpoint of system springhead. In chapter four, the author analyses the actuality of the distribution of rural land added profit. The present distribution mode of rural land added profit is not in reason, which is embodied in that farmers have not yet gained the benefit they deserve because their rights and interests of the land are being impinged by village collectivity, local government along with the land developer, in the entrustment between farmers and village collectivity of the land joint-stock co-operative system.On the basis of the description of the actuality, the author searches into the present property right system and transfer system of rural land, analyses the system springhead of the distribution of rural land added profit, aims to propose an aid to a fair and reasonable distribution of rural land added profit from system-designing aspect.Part three focuses on countermeasure proposals. In this part, the author asserts that the present distribution mode of rural land added profit to be revolutionized without uttering the present system of ownership of the rural land, so as to reestablish a land property right based, farmers'benefit embodied, all win ensured new distribution mode of rural land added profit. From which farmers'benefits are first and most considered without being infringed upon. For this seek, the author processes her research from the general precondition, basic principle, main content and system guarantee.The research on the distribution of rural land added profit is a very complex issue, which involves broad scope of theories, profound accumulation, abundant practical experiences and substantive inquisition. Selecting such a project in itself is a huge challenge to author, yet it is accomplished with innovations as follows: 1. A theoretical frame on the distribution of rural land added profit is constructed.
