Since the reform and opening up, in order to promote the rapid development of China’s urbanization process and also to accelerate the construction of complete industrial system, China’s farmers bear a series of injustice and has made tremendous contributions. While the economic and social development of china has a big change during the last30years, how to improve the income of China’s farmers, how to make China’s rural economy develop better and faster, attention is gradually being taken by rulers and scholars."Three Rural Issues" is a main problem in our current economic and social development need to be resolved. In my view, the best way to solve this problem is to improve the income of the farms of china. But now the income gap between urban and rural areas is widening. A series of questions have been caused because of the widening income gap, on the one hand is an economic issue, on the other hand it is related to social harmony and stability, but also a political issue. Therefore, the study of rural land value increment allocation to increase the income of Chinese farmers and rural economic development and aslo better solve the "three rural" issues have a positive meaning.In the research content of this paper, stated research background, significance and scope of the study to determine the overall framework of this article and the article will be the first introduction in the first part. The second part is the literature review, it will issue the relevant previous research results and ideas to make a rough outline, standing on the shoulders of giants can see farther. Also through digestion and absorption of previous research and innovation, make research more meaningful this article. The third part will discuss the formation mechanism of rural land value-added benefits, mainly in terms of intervention rent and lease system, as well as supply and demand changes in factor inputs. Among them, the rural land to be divided into agricultural land and rural construction land on two separate aspects of research. The fourth part will gain the theoretical value of rural land allocated for the relevant exposition. Clarify the value of rural land related entities involved in income distribution and income distribution of rural land appreciation in the body how to allocate among the various theoretical basis and do theoretical research to improve the rural land appreciation behind income distribution system design.
