In this competitive diversified era, if the modern enterprise want to grow and develop in the fierce market competition, the key point is the quality of enterprise human resource structure. In the final analysis, the competition among enterprises is the competition between the enterprise human resources, how to conduct an objective and effective evaluation on enterprise human resources, how to conduct a careful distinction of enterprise human resources, how to select the enterprise’s excellent high potential of human resource, how to appoint high potential employees in the fierce competition of enterprises, which is the core problem could not to be ignored in the development of human resources, but also the urgent need in the development of enterprises.High potential talent is one part of the core resources in enterprises human resources, this part of the resources have fatal influence on the future development of enterprises. But this part of the resources have the "potential", they are "hidden" talent, how to make this part of the "latent" talent show and play their potential, is a key step in the planning of enterprise human resources. But at the present, many defects and deficiencies exist in our country’s business enterprise personnel selection mechanism, the high potential talent selection strategy of most enterprises is too limited, so the high potential talent cannot be selected effectively, the brain drain phenomenon is serious.This paper take China Mobile communication group terminal Co. Ltd. Guangdong branch as the research model, check the detailed inventory of high potential talent, make the detailed exposition for the problems of high potential talent selection, do the research and plan for high potential talents selection. Set up the specialized ability model for some key positions, and identify the specific selection index and evaluation for key positions in the selection, in the process of selection, use the methods of behavioral event interview, group discussion, management game, hanaper and so on. Finally make the detailed analysis and study on part of the data during the selection process, analysis the ability of high potential talents for key positions. Provide a scientific basis and guarantee the quality for Guangdong branch human resource planning, high potential talent selection, training and development.
