| The VUCA era of volatility,uncertainty,complexity and ambiguity has become the new normal situation for all companies.It has become the inevitable demands of organizational development with initiating fuzzy decision-making,advocating complex response,pursuing iterative evolution,and emphasizing time profit in the VUCA era.This is what Agility means.Modern enterprises need agile high potential talent identification strategies.It is to identify high potential talent scientifically and accurately and rationally allocate high-quality resources for them.It also accelerates the growth of high potential talent,and ultimately achieve enterprise development and transformation.Based on the mature and robust aptitude dictionary,this paper first combines the qualitative research method with the quantitative research method.The qualitative research method includes the behavioral event interview method.The quantitative research method includes the method of ability quality evaluation and statistical data analysis.Agility builds a competency model that defines talent.Then,based on the competency model,the talent definition is connected with the talent assessment.Finally,a completed talent identification system is formed.This paper explores the theory and method of agile competency model to customize the applicable high potential talent for enterprises,and provides a comprehensive,detailed and specific basis for the selection and development of high potential talent.Through case analysis,this paper presents the application of strategy of agile high potential talent identification in human resource management in enterprises.Based on the enterprise strategy,it emphasizes the modeling speed,simplifies system design and accelerate project start-up.It aims to customize the high potential talent model for enterprises to quickly and effectively excavate and release talent dividends.Focusing on the identification of high potential talent,it is possible for organizations to activate development through talent optimization adjustment;for employees,they can fully understand themselves,plan their careers reasonably,and have opportunities to obtain more targeted training and accelerate capacity improvement.For enterprise managers,it is possible to coordinate the deployment of human resources,make full use of resources,cultivate and develop subordinates,and improve team performance.This paper applies the research on strategy of agile high potential talent identification to human resource management in enterprise,and provides guidance for enterprises to identify high potential talent groups. |
