In recent years, with the increasing international energy supply shortage, the continuous rising of the international price of crude oil and the uprising appeal of environmental protection, the research and industrialized development of new energy vehicle is drawing more and more attention. With the scientific and technological progress, new energy vehicle, with Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEV), Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV), Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles (FCEV) as representative, is coming out steadily, thus enriching the diversity of new energy vehicle and bringing about another round of competition worldwide. As a developing country with rising international status, the sale of vehicles and the demand of oil increases rapidly, causing the sharp increase of dependence on oil import. Moreover, rapid industrialization results in the worsening of environmental protection, and rising releasing of green-house gas. With this as background, the research and development of new energy vehicle in China is practically significant.Rather than from the mode and perspective of research and development strategy of new energy vehicle from broadly state and local government perspective, and narrowly region, trades and individual business, the dissertation explores the properties, such as technology and economy etc. by using the method of comprehensive evaluation focusing on the construction of index system and model construction of the various properties, aiming at providing theoretical and practical guidance on how to become more competitive by lifting the various qualities. The main contents include:Firstly, redefine the concept within the field of new energy vehicle from different levels and perspectives. Elaborate the current situation and value, thus forming the technical route and design.Secondly, elaborating the current developing situation of new energy vehicle in China from technical angle. Making clear the technical classification of the new energy vehicle, forming the technical evaluation system and conducting fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the ten typical natural gas vehicles worldwide using relevant index system, and thus exploring the ranking system and putting forward the constructive proposal on how to develop natural gas vehicles in China. Finally, comparing and analyzing the overall situation of new energy vehicle both home and abroad from technical level.Thirdly, elaborating the economic evaluating principle of the new energy vehicle from economic perspective, constructing the economic evaluation index system; conducting economic evaluation on the top seven hybrid electric vehicles using Date Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and thus discovering the main factors that determine the economic performance. Finally comparing and analyzing the overall situation of new energy vehicle both home and broad from economic perspective.Fourthly, gathering all perspectives of new energy vehicle, elaborating the basic principles of comprehensive evaluation, thus constructing comprehensive evaluation index system of new energy vehicle. Conducting comprehensive evaluation on ten types of typical new energy vehicles using rough sets theory to find the most suitable type of new energy vehicle to develop at present stage, and to extract a strategic developing route of new energy vehicle in china through comprehensive comparison and analysis of new energy vehicle both home and abroad.Fifthly, elaborating the development strategy abroad and its enlightenment for China from different perspectives making clear the research and development strategy, industrialization strategy, brand development strategy and product combination strategy of new energy vehicle in China.Sixthly, taking DF Electrical Motor Corp. Ltd. as example, in addition to introducing the characteristic of the business and its product, the dissertation analyzes the implement effect of hydrogen FCEV project using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), constructs relevant structural equation model to analyze the effect of research and innovation project of Ni-MH battery on hybrid electrical vehicle, constructs structural equation model to conduct empirical analysis on supply and demand relation in the course of technology linkages about electronic industry chain, and puts forward beneficial policy and suggestion for further development of new energy vehicle in china in the process of establishing models and the analysis of them.The dissertation is the sub-project research achievement of the 211 project "The product innovation management system" of Wuhan University of Technology.
