Supply chain management is related to various activities and processes to plan, coordinate, operate, control and optimize the whole supply chain, and its aim is to minimize the cost of system subject to meeting customer needs. It is the most important task to reduce risks in order to coordinate supply chain. The contract coordinating mechanism as one of the important methods to coordinate supply chain has been drawing attention widely. While the external uncertainties have become more and more as the competition grows, disruption management in supply chain and partnership has become new hot spots for supply chain management. Although these three parts have obtained tremendous progress, there still exist many unsolved problems. Many scholars and research institutions are actively exploring the research on novel theories and trends for the three parts. They have achieved much valuable harvest, which promotes the researches in supply chain management much further. There are two kinds of uncertainties in this dissertation based on predictability and effect of uncertain events. One is a common uncertainty; the other is an abnormal uncertainty. This dissertation in-depth focuses on how to reduce risks and to improve performance of supply chain under the two kinds of uncertainty, based on the perspectives of contract coordinating mechanism, disruption management and relationship building in supply chain. Specially, the main contents are as follows:1. This dissertation proposes a model of a buy-back contract in supply chain based on double auction mechanism, which solves the problems of negotiating wholesale price in the simple newsboy model. In this model, a static Bayesian method is applied to describe the process of setting a price between a supplier and a retailer, and the dealing space of linear strategy between both sides is presented. Supply chain coordination could be realized in use of buy-back contract from the perspective of maximizing supply chain profit. The theoretical analysis for the model has shown that the wholesale price increase as the bargain ability of supplier does, but decreases as transactional efficiency between sides augments.2. The dissertation studies indirect advertising phenomena in the mobile phone market in the condition that multiple products are sold in supply chain; however, single product is routinely researched in current literatures. A stackelberg game model is built about multiple products'wholesale price and order quantity under asymmetric information. Then the respective game equilibriums are presented under the condition of centralized and decentralized decision making of supplier and retailer, and the optimal cost is obtained by cost evaluating method. Investigation on the model shows that the retailer's order quantity under decentralized decision making is significantly less than that under centralized. Meanwhile, supply chain can be coordinated and profit of supply chain may be allocated arbitrarily when linear price-discount sharing contract is applied.3. The mechanism of disruption in supply chain is relatively less concerned in present studies on disruption of supply chain. Applying the method in which synchronization on the circle is investigated in the nonlinear dynamics, a dynamic model of operation coordination is established about manufacturers and retailers multi-period sales in order to explore mechanism of disruption. In this model, the whole process from operation coordination to disruption is presented quantificationally in supply chain, and coordination or disruption interval is provided. The model shows supply chain has self reparability in the certain range, but it could be disrupted while out of that range. This dissertation provides the way that is used to solve the duration of disruption using Phase Lock Principles.4. Current studies on the disruption management mainly focus on recovering after the event in supply chain, but less on ignoring contingency plans. This dissertation proposes the contingency plan of supply chain, which is based on both the new theory of consumer's behavior and the thought of classification. The loss value of supply chain disruption can be easily worked out by this method. Then the starting time of the contingency plan could be determined through comparing this loss value with the threshold of the contingency plan. The model analysis shows that the time and loss of consumers increase along with the escalation of supply chain disruption. This will impact purchasing power of consumers, which leads to increase of the expected loss of supply chain. When the expected loss exceeds some certain threshold, the current contingency plan will jump to the next stage in order to promote the control capability, and reduce loss of supply chain.5. To cope with the uncertainty risk, this dissertation proposes on method that is able to lessen the negative effect of uncertainty by strengthening partnerships from the internal structure of supply chain in stead of external ways. Proceeding from the theory of asset exclusion, and using differential game theory, this dissertation sets up dynamic evolution models between supply chain partnership and allocation of profits under the state of cooperation. The research shows that the strategy profile to establish good partnership, carrying out the contract is a dominant strategy through game theory method. It implies that it has an important effect on improving performance of supply chain, and resisting risk from uncertainty to build up good partnership. The innovative achievements are as follows: 1)Using double auction mechanism, this dissertation describes the bargaining process between suppliers and retailers, and builds the buy-back contract of supply chain based on double auction mechanism. 2) This research aims at the indirect advertising phenomenon in the mobile phone market. Its research purpose is to estimate the cost of new products and coordination in supply chain under the condition that multiple products are sold. 3) This dissertation applies the method which was used to investigate synchronization on the circle in the nonlinear dynamics, and builds a dynamic model of operation coordination about multi-period sales between manufacturers and retailers. This model describes the whole process from operation coordination to disruption quantitatively, and gives the approach to solve the duration of disruption in supply chain. 4) It makes use of the thought of classification in the disruption management and the new theory of consumer's Behavior, and puts forward the new way that estimates the loss of supply chain in the disruptive incidents. Further, it establishes the contingency plan with dynamic characteristics in supply chain.
