Analyse & Fitness Evaluation On The Production Scale Of Chinese Coal Mining Areas

This dissertation research on the key stated-owned mining areas whose producing scale are over 1 million t/a, on the basis of the present production scale of the mining area, mainly discusses if the mining area's production scale need to be enlarged and how to enlarge it is reasonable , using the theories of system engineering's fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, analysis hierarchy process, statistics, science of investment, technical economics, economics, sustainable development and so on. The major content a of the paper are as the follows:(1)The basic theory of priduction scale of coal mining areas . This paper defines the related concepts of mining area's development scale, makes clear the theory of related subjects and describes concrete theoretical methods of domestic and overseas study of mining areas'development scale.(2)The analysis on the present situation of national mining area. Using a lot of statistical data, this paper analyzes the present situation of coal resource in our country, the production situation and the development situation of major national mining areas and their development course, summarizes the characteristics of major national mining areas'development .(3) The analysis of development situation of national coal mining areas. Through statistical analysis, the author summarized three types of production scale situation of coal mining areas changed over times, and all mining areas were classified statistics;The author advance 6 trends in the development of China's coal mining areas; Last, the author analyzes the influencing factors of the development scale of coal mining areas.(4)The establishment of the adaptability evaluation theoretical model for development scale of coal mining area. According to the influencing factors of coal mining development scale,this article establishes two adaptability evaluation model for the mining area development scale, one is economic mathematics model,another is fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method .(5) Empirical analysis. Using the Adaptive evaluation model to appraise the production scale of Baoding coal mining areas, Xuzhou coal mining area, Datun coal mining area and Yanzhou coal group.Though research the author conclued that the adaptive evaluation model established is feasible in appraising the prodction scale of coal mining areas, and the production scale is not the larger the better,only fitting the related influencing factors can the prodution scale be a ideal one, the results showed that the reasonable production scale for Baoding coal mining areas is 5～5.5 mt/a, the reasonable production scale for Xuzhou coal mining areas is 800 mt/a, the reasonable production scale for Datun coal mining areas is 650 mt/a, and the reasonable production scale for Yanzhou coal mining areas is 3500 mt/a.
