| Based on complex system modeling and simulation theory, referred to the composition architecture of C4ISR and used the principle of meta-synthesis, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA in short) automation system C4ISRE was constructed. The system preliminarily realized joint modeling and simulation for the various evaluation models of EIA. Furthermore, based on the characteristics of EIA engineering analysis, Petri Net theory was introduced into engineering analysis and the Petri Net models for engineering analysis were established. Finally, based on CPNtools, took the present situation EIA of one pharmaceutical factory for example, the system simulation and analysis automation of EIA engineering analysis was realized by Petri theory. The results show that it is feasible and effective to perfect the traditional techniques and methods of EIA by means of complex system modeling and simulation theory.According to the principle of virtual battlefield simulation, using the meta-synthesis ability of STK (Satellite Tool Kit) to integrate the commonly used software in EIA field, such as Arcgis, DHI MIKE, Ctech and so on. The analysis result of EIA relative field which was produced by different software can be fused and integrated in STK simulation environment, furthermore the joint modeling and simulation of environmental pollution influence could be achieved.In order to realize C4ISRE’s deep simulation, make complete environmental pollution simulation scenario of EIA turns to be quite important. After combined with the characteristics of EIA engineering analysis, Petri Net model of engineering analysis was built. Furthermore, took one pharmaceutical factory present situation EIA for example, the effectiveness of using the principle of Petri Net numerical simulation to finish engineering analysis was verified, meanwhile the numerical simulation results were analyzed. Finally, the thesis preliminarily explored the feasibility of using Petri Net numerical simulation method to work out environmental pollution simulation scenario of EIA.Based on CPNtools, EIA engineering analysis Petri Net model of one pharmaceutical factory was built then realized the system simulation of EIA engineering analysis by using of Petri Net model. The simulation results could not only satisfy the various technical demands required by EIA engineering analysis in order to analyze the pollutant discharge condition, but also satisfy the various technical demands for environmental pollution simulation scenario of EIA when using C4ISRE to make deep simulation, furthermore laid a foundation for C4ISRE to realize the synthetical simulation of EIA pollution prediction. |
