Ensuring the safe and reliable operation of large amount of power transformers is the biggest challenge for the transformer industry. MRO is a series of maintenance, repair, overhaul and operation of the equipment in the use stage. It is the basis for safe and reliable operation of the transformer. It should be supported by integral technology system. From the point of view of transformer industry, this thesis researchs the transformer’s MRO service platform and its key technologies, and solves the problem of the distribution, heterogeneity, granularity, discovery and combination of MRO resources. Based on service platform, we can construct transformer service solutions flexibly and provide cost-effective lean MRO services for transformers to ensure safe and reliable operation of the transformer.The main research contents are as follows:1. The second chapter studies the transformer MRO service system, which includes four subsystems:the equipment subsystem, the sensing network subsystem, the service platform subsystem and MRO business subsystem. This chapter focuses on the architecture of the service platform subsystem, which consists of data layer, component layer, semantic service layer, personalized service solution layer, etc. Finally it proposes three key technologies of service platform.2. The third chapter analyzes the distributed and heterogeneous problem of transfomer condition data. A standard semantic description and integration framework to solve the distributed and heterogeneous problem of transformer condition data is proposed.3. The fourth chapter uses component technology to encapsulate the transformer industry reusable MRO resoures and divides them into fine-grained technial components and coarse-grained business components. We propose a standard semantic description and integration framework to solve the distributed and heterogeneous problem of technical component. We also describe the construction process of business component and study the semantic matching algorithm of technical component.4. The fifth chapter studies how to use standardized condition data and business components to quickly build transformer MRO service solution, and solves the problem of resources composition and selection. First we use semantic web service technology to encapsulate business components into semantic business service in order to facilitate construct MRO service solution for non-IT MRO staff. Then we use semantic business process management technology to flexibly and efficiently assemble these semantic business services to form transformer service solution. Finally we select the best composition from candidate semantic business service compostions based a QOS optimization algorithm.
