In this paper,we studied and designed a general intelligent Io T fault diagnosis system.The system was used to diagnose and analyze the bearing groups with various injuries or damages,the diagnostic results of the inner and outer rings are given in the end of the paper.This paper has great significance for the inspection and maintenance of mechanical equipment including bearings.The main work in this paper is as follows:First of all,the author outlines the importance of the development of mechanical fault diagnosis system,and introduces the research status and development trend of the fault diagnosis system in the current era.The problems and deficiencies of the mechanical fault diagnosis system are described.Based on the vibration theory of the bearing operation process,the vibration characteristics obtained by the author in the experiment are summarized,and the vibration fault characteristics of the bearing group are given,which is the overall system.The design laid an important foundation.The general vibration fault diagnosis software platform was researched and developed based on the existing hardware.The "commonality" design features were described in detail from various aspects.The remote client and cloud server were studied and developed.The system adopts multi-module and multi-channel data acquisition,it can display multiple monitoring points at different locations of each device at the same time,it has high sampling frequency,strong real-time performance,and can analyze and process data in real time.It is also possible to save long-term vibration detection data and analyze the trend of failure at each monitoring point.
