The Basis and object of this study is the cultural and creative industries in theregeneration of idle space, however excluding museums and cultural relics without efficienteconomic development, and new creative industry unrelated to idle space. The premise of thestudy is gathering, which means intertwining the cultural characteristics and local symbols ofthe various regions, in order to form a significant creative industry cluster with local resourcesespecially featuring the specific characteristics of its particular time or cultural origin.The purpose of studying the regeneration of idle space in the cultural and creativeindustries is, through the introduction of cultural and creative industries, to enhance thearchitectural features of the idle space, regional form and cultural value under the constructionof the new industrial structure, so as the development of idle space along with cultural andcreative industries. During the development of national cultural and creative industries,seeking regularity of the successful regeneration of idle space, and exploring factors ofindustrial development is the reality of topics of guiding current scientific development ofcultural and creative industries and avoiding wasting.In the spirit of economic times, this paper employed theoretical literature analyses andresearch practical analyses, macro-analyses of the national situation and microscopic analysesof the regional specific cases,, as well as interdisciplinary research and so on, to study theaggregation of cultural and creative industries in the regeneration of idle space. The firstchapter is the introduction of previous studies, the objects, range of study, structure andresearch methods of this paper. The second chapter puts forward the concept of idle space andcultural and creative Industries agglomeration, as well as the mutual relations in between. Thethird chapter discusses the characteristics of idle space, and cultural and creative Industriesoriented to the characteristics of idle space, as well as the choice of dominant cultural andcreative industries to idle space. The fourth chapter analyzes the evolution of spatialconfiguration in view of the dynamic development process of regeneration of idle space. Thefifth chapter analyzes the optimization of industrial structure in the view of dynamic processof agglomeration of development of cultural and creative Industries. The sixth chapter puts forward some overall problems and strategic thoughts on the development by summarizingthe final formation of agglomeration of cultural and creative Industries during regeneration ofidle space, and analyzing overall development track and regional development trend.
