The study of relationship between Eastern European countries andRussia after the Cold War is one of the topics in a number of internationalpolitical researches.Firstly, this paper tries to reveal the interaction of central and easternEuropean countries and the relationship between Russia and the outsideworld with Eastern Europe perspective. Since the end of the Cold War,the formation and development of the Central and Eastern Europe,relations with Russia has experienced a slow and complex process. Therelationship of Group changes to the relationship between theIndependent States on the basis of new principles of equality. Central andEastern European countries thus usher in the "golden era"-politicaldemocracy, economic freedom, independent diplomacy. This new changeor re-position brings the countries of Central and Eastern Europe suchthings: full of aggressive new vitality in the field of political, economicand diplomatic; a history of “winding up "and the relationship withRussia to restart a new resource; open integration into the internationalsystem and new plans.Secondly, relationship between the countries of Central and EasternEurope and Russia, is neither a simple fracture, nor is it simply acontinuation. This paper tries to explain the relation history of Centraland Eastern Europe and Russia. With rational and scientific answers to these questions, the research path can be found in, and a fundamentalpoint of view can be naturally displayed and concluded.Again, this paper, tries to draw six conclusions by five chapters ofthe detailed analysis.First, this political rupture of the central and eastern Europeancountries and Russia is reflected in the alliance between the undoing ofRussia, also reflected in central and eastern European countries in thepolitical transformation. This economic connection is reflected in thecentral and eastern European countries and Russia traditional marketplace,also reflected in central and eastern European countries to the long-termdependence on Russian energy supplies.Second, in dealing with relations with Russia, the Central andEastern European countries experienced a backward-oriented process. Infact, it is the process of painful memories and reality interests intertwinedchoices. In this process, the Central and Eastern European countries needto put down a heavy historical heritage and historical memory, prudentand sensible to treat and handle relations with Russia; Russia needs to putdown the figure of a big country, conscientiously to repair relations withthe countries of Central and Eastern Europe.Third, the further development of Central and Eastern Europeancountries and Russia, need both sides to activate their respective policies,and deem each other as a diplomatic priority direction Fourth, the Central and Eastern European countries concerns aboutthe Russian factor, it makes the significance of its own foreign andsecurity policy. On the relationship between Central and Eastern Europeand Russia through diplomatic mechanism imposed by the impact, notonly produces the expected effect, but also produces unexpected results.This study showed that the Central and Eastern European countries andRussia to control the extent of checks and balances based on theirrespective national interests is key variables of each other diplomatic.Fifth, the use of the Polish case attempts to explain the mostcomplex aspect of the relations of the Central and Eastern Europeancountries and Russia, as well as wave-Russia relations to improve thesituation in Europe. The facts indicate that Poland should become abridge connecting East and West. Russia based on its own strategicinterests, Russia must be cast aside, equal dialogue with Poland, repairand maintain relations with Poland and other neighboring countries.Sixth, it should be given to the substance of the Europeancollaboration and building the modern sense, and not affiliated with theconcept of "cold peace" empty slogan, or have a general sense ofdiplomatic language.Finally, the paper makes a basic assessment and prediction forCentral and Eastern European countries and Russia’s development ofrelations with Long-term view. The relationship between Central and Eastern Europe, and Russia is facing three major variables: worriesfrom Central and Eastern European countries; the adjustment from Russia;the impact from the third partyIn this paper, the most valuable is that firstly trying to proposed theconcept of extension of the "near abroad", which is designed to Centraland Eastern European countries and Russia on the issue of the "commonneighbors" to carry out their respective diplomatic concept to provide areference and constructive operating platform, and to find the entry pointof the use of geo-economics in the region.
