As everyone knows,China-EU relations have a long history.In recent years,China-EU relations have been driven by the "strategic and cooperative partnership," which has helped new developments in China's relations with Central and Eastern Europe,focusing on the "16+1" cooperation framework.Put forward and implement.At the same time,in the latter half of 2013,President Xi Jinping proposed a world-renowned initiative that China is willing to work with other countries to build the “Silk Road Economic Belt” and the “21st Century Maritime Silk Road”,referred to as the “Belt and Road”.The proposal of this initiative has brought new opportunities to the global economy that is in a period of confusion,and it has also provided new ideas for China-Central and Eastern Europe relations.The "Belt and Road " initiativeemphasizes equal cooperation,mutual benefit and win-win results.Its proposal reflects China's determination to assume responsibility as a world power.It also brings hope for the economic development of Central and Eastern European countries and promotes the healthy development of China's Central and Eastern Europe relations.On November 27,2017,the China-Central and Eastern European leaders' meeting was held in Hungary,the Central and Eastern European countries.2Since 2012,such meetings have been held six times,marking a series of achievements in the framework of China Central and Eastern Europe cooperation.Only by meeting regularly and communicating in a timely manner to understand the needs of both parties can we gradually promote the development of economic cooperation and trade relations between the countries of Central and Eastern Europe.In this context,the Central and Eastern European countries' research and judgment on the “One Belt and One Road” is particularly important.Only with the goal of mutual benefit,mutual trust,and win-win cooperation can the company improve its top-level design,achieve all-round communication,and pay attention to differences and targeted issues.Cooperation with the countries of Central and Eastern Europe and the use of key projects as examples to drive bilateral relations can truly promote the long-term development of China's relations with Central and Eastern Europe.In this process,there are also many obstacles and risks that cannot be ignored.It is necessary to handle various challenges from China itself,Central and Eastern Europe,China's Central and Eastern Europe at the bilateral level,and the external environment.We must adopt a comprehensive framework,focus on multiple levels,and promote The way of azimuth exchange helped the construction of the “One Belt and One Road” to be further developed in Central and Eastern European countries.After the concept of “One Belt and One Road” was proposed,it immediately triggered a high degree of concern in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe.This paper aims to collect the knowledge of the “Belt and Road” initiative of Central and Eastern European society from the perspective of Central and Eastern Europe and analyzes the differences between China and Central and Eastern Europe.The problems and challenges faced in the specific cooperation process of the “One Belt and One Road” construction,and then put forward new ideas for the development of China's relations with Central and Eastern European countries.
