Research On Scientific Party Building Of University Students

Party Building of University Students is an important part of party building; it plays an important role in the process of talents cultivation in university. Whether vigorously promote thepartybuilding of university studentsin accordance with scientific requirements can affect thehealthy development of China’s higher education, the party leadership andthe socialist orientation of university, and also related to the advance ofparty’s cause and long-term stability of the country.Party and the country attaches great importance to university party building, and the party building of university students as a whole has made considerable progress, it gradually improve the work system, the party members development increasingly standardized, university student party member’s education and training is becoming a system gradually, in general,it presenting a good momentum of development. But in the process of transition to socialist market economy, with the expansion of higher education scale, affected by complex international and domestic situation, the party building work restructuring and other factors, the party building of university studentsalso meetssome problems, facing challenges. How to adapt changes in the new situation, promote the party building of university students, further enhance the scientific level of the party building of university students have urgent need to strengthen research on scientific party building of university students.The scientific party building of university studentsis a theoretical proposition, but also a practical proposition. The author believes that there is need to focus on the fundamental theoretical problems, historical study problems, reality inspection problems and the path selection problems.In this paper, the theoretical exploration ofparty building of university studentsis around the definition of scientificparty building of university students and trying to clarify the basic problems such as theoretical support, basicconnotation, and the main characteristics(Chapter 1).This paper gives whole summary on the historical process of scientific party building of university students since the New Democratic Revolution, concludes the basic experience thatparty building of university students shouldtake education of ideals and beliefs as ideological building focus, take cultivation of high-quality party member as organization building focus, take maintainclose ties withstudents as work style building and the important inspiration to the development of party building of university students.(Chapter2).From the work system, the development and cultivation of university student party members, this paper summarizes the main achievements were made in the current party building of university students, and from the thought idea, methods, institutional construction and evaluation system, finding out the outstanding problems of party building of university students, mainly from the complex international and domestic situation, transformation of party building and partyadministrative team to explore the restriction factors to the scientific party building of university students.(Chapter3).From the three dimensions of guiding by scientific theory, scientific system for guaranteeand promotingthe scientific method, this paper expounds the practice wayof scientific party building of university students. ConsiderMarxist party building theory, the theory of socialismparty building with Chinese characteristics, ideological and political education theory,modern management and other related theory as the theoretical guidance, from institutionalsystem, leading system, operating mechanismthree aspects to set up scientific guarantee system, put forwardthe scientific methodto inherit the fine traditions, draw lessons from advanced experience and innovation way of cultivating of the university student and emphasize using the new methods of network information technology.(Chapter 4)It should be pointed out that, this paper’s researchbased on the basic research methods of ideological and political education, but also on the basis of theoretical analysis combined with the practice, absorbing the management, system theory and related research methods, it is a combination of theoretical research and practical application.
