Research On Elderly People’s Adopted Physical Activity Operation Mechanism From The View Of Home-based Social Service For Elderly People

The aging problem which is caused by the faster and faster population aging process has caught more focus in our country since 1999. For the aging problem from humanitarian view mainly focuses on elderly people’s multiplied need which includes different needs content, such as spiritual and cultural needs which is related to elderly people’s adopted physical activity. Adopted physical activity plays a key role to meet elderly people’s spiritual and cultural needs, which means elderly people’s adopted physical activity is related to both social sport and undertakings of the aged which also means it is the reasonable task to develop elderly people’s adopted physical activity for aging problem from humanitarian view. Furthermore, Developing home-based social service for elderly people has become a main countermeasure to improve the elderly people’s livelihood and enhance the elderly people’s life quality. Based on this analysis, this research puts forward a research hypothesis that it is of great value in theory and practice to make full use of the support function of home-based social service for elderly people to develop this group’s adopted physical activity.The research on elderly people’s adopted physical activity operation mechanism from the view of home-based social service for elderly people includes the related theory analysis and the operation mechanism construction and can be divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly analyzes the research goal, value and contents of this paper. For the research goal, this paper aims to make full use of the support function of home-based social service for elderly people to the development of undertakings of elderly people’s adopted physical activity in our country. For the research value, this paper can widen the organization construction in mass sport, enrich the contents for home-based social service for elderly people and innovate the ideas on community construction. For the research contents, this paper has an analysis on the attribute of undertakings of elderly people’s adopted physical activity in our country and design an operation mechanism from the view of home-based social service for elderly people to elderly people’s adopted physical activity development.The second chapter mainly discusses three related concepts. Firstly, this paper discusses two concepts about elderly people’s adopted physical activity and home-based social service for elderly people, and confirms the attribute relation between them. Secondly, this paper discusses the elderly people’s adopted physical activity operation mechanism from the home-based social service for elderly people based on the essential attributes of society operation mechanism.The third chapter mainly discusses the related proof for the support function of home-based social service for elderly people to the development of undertakings of elderly people’s adopted physical activity. From the theory, there is consistency between the service object in home-based social service for elderly people and the participants in elderly people’s adopted physical activity, between the service contents of home-based social service for elderly people and the scope of undertakings of elderly people’s adopted physical activity in our country, between the basic idea of home-based social service for elderly people and the development undertakings of elderly people’s adopted physical activity in our country. From the practice, undertakings of elderly people’s adopted physical activity is regarded as the content of aging people’s welfare development plan in our country,and home-based social service for elderly people has become the main countermeasure to deal with the aging problem in our country, both of which means it is reasonable and practicable to make full use of the support function of home-based social service for elderly people to develop undertakings of elderly people’s adopted physical activity.The fourth chapter mainly designs an operation mechanism from the view of home-based social service for elderly people to elderly people’s adopted physical activity development. The dynamic mechanism includes three different dynamic power bodies where there are two different dynamic principles and the related work principles in this system. The incentive mechanism includes different incentive contents, character and form which effect on different incentive objects in the process where the home-based social service for elderly people system promote the development of elderly people’s adopted physical activity, and some related work principles in this system. The safeguard mechanism includes economy guarantee, laws and regulations guarantee, and service guarantee which provide the support to elderly people’s adopted physical activity development, and the related work principles. The integration mechanism includes the benefit integration which is the core content in this mechanism, the hardware integration which is the base in this mechanism, and the software integration which is the bone in this mechanism, and the force integration which is the ultimate goal in this mechanism. The control mechanism includes two control content which aim at orientation control and process control and three control measures which aims at the legal control, administration control and propaganda control, and the related principles among them.The fifth chapter is a summary for this research which include the conclusion and related countermeasure. Three conclusions can be summed up in this research. Firstly, Elderly people’s adopted physical activity exists in the field of retirement life, which means community service is of great importance for elderly people to take part in the adopted activity because elderly people mainly depend on community in their daily life. Secondly, the elderly people service system which is being developed fast in our country, will play an important role in elderly people’s adopted physical activity, which means the support system for this group’s adopted physical activity is not limited to public sport service system. Thirdly, home-based social service for elderly people can become a variable in elderly people’s adopted physical activity operation process, which means some policies, laws, plan, personnel, facilities and fund related to this new service mode for elderly people can influence the five systems in the operation process of elderly people’s adopted physical activity, and influence the effect mode from public sport service system to elderly people’s adopted physical activity. At last, the operation mechanism of the elderly people’s adopted physical activity from home-based service for elderly people is the complex of the common attribute and special attribute of society operation mechanism, and its common attribute means this operation mechanism has the fixed structure with five parts which includes the dynamic system, incentive system, support system, integration system and control system, and its special attribute means this system is influenced by outer factors, such as the aging process and the society governance process, and highlights the function from variable of home-based service for elderly people in the elderly people’s adopted physical activity operation process. To make full use of the support of the home-based social service for elderly people to the development of elderly people’s adopted physical activity, this paper puts forwards four countermeasures. Firstly, the developmental perspective should be applied to understand the elderly people’s adopted physical activity. Secondly, the systemic perspective should be applied to construct the plan program of elderly people’s adopted physical activity development in our country. Thirdly, the integrity idea should be applied to make full use of the function of China Aging Problem National Commission to develop elderly people’s adopted physical activity. At last, the combination idea should be applied to make full use of the resultant force from different related departments for the elderly people’s adopted physical activity welfare.
