Research On Culture Construction Of Urban Community

In modern society, the culture of urban community plays a important role in social construction.Comprehensively promoting the construction of urban community culture is one of most important parts of the advanced cultural construction of socialism, and it also a significant way to consolidate the construction of socialist spiritual civilization, promote the all-round development of social citizens and build a harmonious socialist society.In the study of community building, the exploration to the complex of country, market and society show practical application of the theory of social mutual construction.The community construction needs the joint effort of the government, market and society to form a compound mechanism for the allocation of cultural resource, allowing these three parts complement each other to work effectively. Community, as a common place in some given regions for people, is permeated by completed powers and interests. The relational structure of the government, market and society is formed in their interaction, and is modified in the mutual selection process. The condition of community is the result of interaction of the three-dimensional force in community, whose reasonable order requires the force to reasonably play their roles and adjust. Study on the community construction use the theory of social mutual construction rather than exclusively analyze the respective development of the force. Traditional study focus on institution, structure, resource allocation and the national control over construction. But there is an increasing recognition that society, market and residents, in the process of community construction, play an increasing role. The implementation of the role is not a top-down process. It concentrates upon the construction at the micro level, which attracts close attention in society. This paper aims to study the institution both from the macro and micro level, to study the interaction in the institution and to study the interaction between micro system and macro institution.In addition, the construction of community is a systematic project, including five different areas: economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, social life construction and ecological environment construction, which interact with each other. Discussion about interaction and coordination between the community construction and the other parts is not only to analyze the function of the community construction, but also to extend the application of the theory of social mutual construction.Based on the assumptions above, this paper, through the investigation of Nanhai, Guangdong, cognizes the situation of local community construction, draws some experiences of local community construction in the city, and puts forward feasible proposal. Based on "the theory of social mutual construction" and combined with the situation of local community construction, this paper studies the complex of the government, market and society in the development of urban culture urban construction, by the study of literature and comprehensive analysis, deep interviews and participant observation, and then summarize the mechanism of mutual construction of the three force. Furthermore, the paper studies the interaction of economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, social life construction and ecological environment construction in community, summarizes function of community culture construction, and offers proposals on how to enrich the operation of community culture construction.Specifically, this article first analyzes the content of community culture construction as well as mutual influences and mutual relations among them. Second, the article discusses and summarizes the status and pattern of community culture construction with Chinese characteristics. Third, based on Chinese characteristics, the article explores the Hainan characteristics, and studies the background and status of mutual construction in terms of government, market and society. Fourth, according to community culture in Hainan, the article discusses the pair wise process and mechanism of mutual construction by government, market and society, as well as mutual construction with other community. It also discusses the impact of community culture construction on "common significance" and "culture Self-awareness". Last, on this basis, the article puts forward proposals on the pattern selection of future community culture construction.
