Second, based on the empirical research data, we will carry out the preliminary discussion on how to improve the residents' willingness to participate in urban community cultural construction. Topics and thinking are also given for further research.Following the research ideas, first this paper define the related concepts clearly, and discusses the research achievements about the residents'willingness to participate in the urban community culture construction.
