Research On Lenin’s Thought Of Ruling Security

After the victory of the October revolution,The Bolshevik Party which led by Lenin became the ruling party.At that time the international and domestic situation is complicated and changeable and very grim. Lenin’s ruling security thought is a series of Ideological and theoretical viewpoints and opinions formed by Lenin in order to protect the political power and consolidate the political power, and eliminate the influence of the party’s long-term and stable internal and external environmental factors and is also theoretical results that Lenin uses Marx’s theory to solve the problems in the Communist Party’s ruling practice. Based on the previous research results, this paper attempts to study Lenin’s thought of ruling security, out of pure theory of Party building from the party ruling circle, expand the view of Party construction, open up the new research field of the ruling party. At the same time, through this research,it summarizes the experience and lessons in general, and provides reference and inspiration for the long-term and stable ruling of socialist political parties. The basic idea of this paper analysis on Lenin’s thought of ruling security is from the two dimensions of history and reality, the use of what, why and how to do the analysis framework. "What" is the Lenin’s understanding of the relationship between the influence factors and the ruling security from the perspective of the historical materialism; "Why" mainly refers to the starting from the history and current situation of scientific analysis and evaluation of this factor,in order to draw a threat to the security of the ruling and the main performance of this threat; "How to do" refers to the measures taken to eliminate the threat posed by this factor to the ruling security, which is based on the premise of Marx’s theory of historical materialism. The text structure of this thesis is as follows:The first part is an introduction. This part described and analyzed Lenin’s ruling security thought is mainly from the origin of the problem,research status, research significance, research framework and methods,heavy and difficult points and innovative points and so on,such as,why should study Lenin’s ruling security thought, this field’s research present situation, how to study Lenin’s ruling security thought as well as in the research process may meet the difficulty and the desire effect to achieve.The second part is the first chapter. This chapter mainly discusses Lenin’s ruling security problem, which is the theoretical basis of the whole thesis. This chapter mainly from the ruling status of the establishment of the historical premise, due to the restriction of historical background, social conditions and external environment,resulting in the Russian Communist Party from a revolutionary party to a ruling party change, in this process the ruling status of the party suffered a serious challenge and threat, so that the ruling security become Communist Party faces a new topic. Then it combs the historical context of the formation of Lenin’s ruling security thought, summarizes its theoretical characteristics, and evaluates its historical status and limitations.The third part mainly consists of second chapters, three chapters, four chapters, five chapters, six chapters and five chapters. The second part discusses the main content and the basic idea of Lenin’s ruling security thought. The second chapter mainly expounds the relationship between the party and the masses and between the ruling security relations. The article puts forward the party relies on the masses gained power, rely on the masses of the people stay in power, the essence of the ruling party lies in the realization of the people being the masters of the country,so the mass foundation of the party is foundation of the security of the ruling party. The third chapter mainly discusses the relationship between economic development and the ruling security. Lenin believes that economic development is the material and economic basis of the party’s ruling, and is also the essence of socialism. Lenin believed that only by creating advanced social productivity to remove influence threat fundamentally to the ruling party’s long-term and stable economic. The four chapter mainly discusses the ideological construction and the ruling security.
