As the dual effect of the labor market failure and government failure, university graduates who cannot find a job after graduating within a period of time may suffer from the possibility of personal loss:on the one hand, the capital value of themselves is idle and cannot be achieved; on the other hand, being excluded from the mainstream labor market, the unemployed students are likely to fall into the state of poverty. If these individual risks cannot be resolved effectively and under the situation of high pressure, external stimulation, manipulation of some kind of social forces as well as the sense of injustice, as the main body, the unemployed graduates may be dissatisfied with the Government or politics, economics, social behavior or phenomenon at home and abroad. They may take part in illegal assembly, parades, demonstrations, conflict, sit-ins, hunger strikes and other collective action, which may lead to the occurrence of social losses within a certain range, i.e. the social risk.In the paradigm of risk analysis in economics, the author of this paper makes use of Social conflict theory and Dynamic evolutionary game theory to analyze the evolutionary mechanisms of derived risk of unemployed university graduates. And then by using the survey data the author analyzes the influencing factors of derived social risk of unemployed university graduates in China. This study is divided into four parts of the content:Part Ⅰ (Introduction) points out that the research ideas and research framework. Part Ⅱ (Chapter Ⅱ to Chapter Ⅲ) builds the theoretical framework of this article, and then analyzes fluctuations as well as social and economic effects of unemployment of university graduates in China. Chapter Ⅱ builds the theoretical foundation of derived risk of unemployed university graduates of this article according to Social conflict theory and Evolutionary game theory. Chapter Ⅲ analyzes fluctuations as well as social and economic effects of unemployment of university graduates in China under China’s statistical data. The third part (Chapter Ⅳ to Ⅵ) is the research focal point of this paper which builds the evolutionary mechanism of derived risk of unemployed university graduates in China. The fourth chapter analyzes the personal risk and personal risk causes that may arise after the university graduates are unemployed:the fifth chapter builds the evolutionary mechanism, diffusion mechanism and convergence mechanism of derived social risk of unemployed university graduates by using dynamic evolutionary game theory; The sixth chapter, using survey data of unemployed university graduates in China, analyzes the influencing factors of derived social risk of unemployed university graduates in China. The fourth part (Chapter VII to Chapter VIII) includes the conclusions and prospects of this article and the analysis of the risk of the government’s emergency management measures. Chapter Ⅶ bases on the causes of individual risk to propose policy recommendations for the prevention and control of derived personal risk of unemployed university graduates. It also uses dynamic evolutionary game theory to analyze the Government’s control strategy of exchange of information on social risk. Chapter Ⅷ summarizes the main conclusions of this paper and prospect follow-up study according to the evolutionary mechanism of derived risk of unemployed university graduates in China which is built in the front of this paper. The features of this study is the analysis which is in the perspective of risk analysis of the personal losses and social losses that may arise after the unemployment of university graduates, and the establishment of the derived risk evolutionary mechanism of unemployed university graduates. The paper takes unemployment of university graduates for the analysis foothold, and looks for the evolutionary mechanisms and their influencing factors of unemployment of university graduates, which is innovative in theoretical study of the risk theory and labor economics. Meanwhile, the author uses evolutionary game and other theories to analyze evolutionary mechanism, diffusion mechanism and convergence mechanism of the derived social risk of unemployed university graduates, and builds the evolutionary mechanism of derived risk of unemployed university graduates, which is also the innovation of methodology. Moreover, by the evolutionary mechanism of derived risk of unemployed university graduates that has been established, the paper analyzes the implementation strategy of the risk’s emergency and management measures for the Government. It provides policy recommendations for realizing stabilize employment timely and controlling the expansion of the derived risk of unemployed university graduates.
