Teachers concern is teacher’s reaction to answer worry in educational life, is the basic living conditions of teachers in primary and secondary school. Research on the phenomenon of teachers concern, not only helps to promote the overall development of students and the internal development of teachers, but also helps to promote the education research focus more on the existence and significance of human. Sorting through the phenomenon of teachers concern, we can obtain a vision, to establish new educational subjects and paradigm, to return the specific existence situation of education in human life, to insight into the nature of education and the real life.Specifically, teachers concern about students achievement is a common phenomenon in current Chinese education in primary and middle schools. Primary and secondary school teachers worry about students achievement and pay effort, while falling into varying degree concern dilemmas, such as "incorrect concern","broken heart","mess concern". The educational significance of teachers concern lies in how to promote the students’ active learning. Research to generate meaning as the framework, the study found:1. Teachers concern is the basis of intervention of students learning. Teachers concern can not only transform students’ learning patterns of activity, may also hinder students’ active learning.2. Students’ learning and teachers’ development both indicate the educational significance of teachers concern. Students’ learning is associated with students themselves, students can only change their own, the initiative is the core of students’ learning. Teacher development is associated with the development of the students, the teacher is to change oneself to awaken students, change oneself is essential for teacher development.3. Teachers concern includes worry, response and reaction factors, by feeling, planning and transition mechanism of structure adjusting, adaptive, fusion concern type.4. From damaging educational significance to generating, the changes of teachers concern embody in from concerning explicit achievement to concerning recessive development, from the control type to compromise type concern, from teachers’ alternative development to students’ independent development.5. Teachers concern as limited possibilities, has the upper boundary and the limit of emotion. Teachers concern in reasonable proportion, in order to realize the pursuit of human nature.Through the discussion about existence basis, existence coordinate, internal structure, possible choices, pursuit of human nature, reconstruction of the understanding of teachers concern, formation educational principle of how to concern that primary and secondary teachers can promote students’ active learning, reveals the educational significance of teachers concern is discovery and liberation. Find the key position of students in their own development, and ultimately enable students to become his/her own, to become the true masters of learning. The teachers walk out of dilemmas through promoting active learning, realize their own development.
