Educational equity is an extension and expansion of equity in the field of education, which is an important aspect of social equity. Since the 20 th century, educational equity has become the focus of academic and social concerns. In the process of seeking education equity, with highlights of the value and significance of related system that maximizes the development of educational equity. Especially in modern times, the complexity and integration of social development, as well as the multiple needs of human, system display an increasingly pivotal and indispensable part in the development of society, education and human development is more important and indispensable to show the system. Based on explaining and analyzing the related system of educational equity with research methodology of system, this study proposes the philosophy and practice of building system about educational equity, trying to provide a systematic and comprehensive research framework of system for educational equity research. This study has two ultimate goals: 1.Developing and improving the theory of educational equity; 2.Providing a new way to shape the concept of educational equity and choose the realistic path for our country to develop educational equity.This study firstly reveals the problems of educational equity and their impacts on educational development through clarifying the research framework with system analysis mainly including structural analysis, historical analysis and socio-cultural analysis. Focused on the analysis of structure, environment and evolution of system, this study secondly explores the system phenomenon and appearance of educational equity, which shows what status and role the system plays in educational development. Thirdly, based on principles of design and arrangement of system, it proposes the corresponding strategies of construction. According to the basic logic of theoretical studies, with the mainline of theoretical basis-facts presentation- practical strategy, this study analyzes and interprets the theory and practice of educational equity through a perspective of system.The first part is the basis of the research, including the introduction and the first chapter. It mainly discusses the reasons for subject choosing, and identifies specific research priorities and directions on the basis of analysis of relevant research at home and abroad, and then interprets the basic core term of research, to make clear the connotation and characteristics of system in educational equity. This dissertation attempts to review relevant experience of educational equity research which has increased rapidly in recent years, which provides the evidence of research theory and practice to expand the system of educational equity. Based on the overview of these experiential researches, the dissertation further clarifies the theoretical basis and content expansion of system research in educational system.The second part is the basic theoretical research, including the second chapter, the third chapter and the fourth chapter. This part clarifies structure, environment and evolution of system in educational equity mainly through the perspective of system analysis, which forms the ontology theoretical system of research object. This dissertation tries to propose a relatively comprehensive framework for analyzing system of educational equity to better understand various design and arrangement of system. Instead of distinguishing between the system research of educational equity and other research methods, this study aims to enhance the understanding and interpretation of educational equity through a perspective of system. Therefore, this dissertation commences a comprehensive analytical framework the second chapter, completes this framework in the fourth chapter, and then analyzes this framework by a lens of reality in the subsequent chapters.The third part is strategies of issue analysis and practical construction, including the fifth chapter and the sixth chapter. Based on emphasizing the responsibility of government, this study attempts to analyze the current hot issues of educational equity through a lens of system in our country, clarify in detail the formation of system about these issues, and then deeply excavate and analyze in the merit and demerit of system. Based on theoretical research, this study puts forward some ideas and suggestions about practical strategies of system for improving educational equity in our country combined with an analysis of realistic educational issues, which attempts to propose the strategies of design and arrangement of system in educational equity from the relevant concept, guarantee, defects remediation and supervision of system.In the context of a research perspective of system and rich and diverse research in educational equity, this study focuses on clearly presenting the research framework of system in educational equity, with particular emphasis on much more rational and objective analyzing the contemporary issues of educational equity in China from a lens of system, aiming to put forward theoretical design suggestions and strategies for the design and arrangement of system about educational equity, which provides the meaningful reference for the further educational equity research. In the conclusion part, the researcher expresses the individual’s understanding and summary of the process of this study in discussing relevant issues which may inspire subsequent researchers.
