Handball is a comprehensive sport which is antagonized,strength,rapidity, power,flexible,agility and correspond.In handball games,it’s important the antagonism of body.Physical ability is an essential ability to handball Players.At present,however,the comprehensive study of physical training about the top male handball players is vacancy in Vietnam.Therefore,according to the recognitions of sport training on athletes physical training,the subjects examined in this paper are 36 male top handball players,who are preparing for the Asia Handball Championships in 2008.Through different lever handball physical quality structural characteristics,with the selection of the experts and coaches this paper test and analyze the 19 indicators of quality to identify and capture a different level of quality athletes movement of the main factors,digging out from the quality of training athletes campaign focus and on this basis to high major athletes physical training methods and means.Draw such conclusions as follows.1.The main problems existing in the handball training of Vietnam is that the low lever physical quality of male top handball players is short of the require of game.We should pay attention to the physical training to improve the male handball player’s physical ability.2.Vietnamese men’s handball athletes physical training system include,basic physical training,special physical training and sports performance training in three parts.3.The basic physical training,including basic knowledge of basic physical and learning;special physical training,including special training and special adaptive training;athletic performance training,including the ability to use training and performance training.4.Male handball players’ movement diathesis classification in accordance with their contribution level,respectively:that strength and flexibility factor,special strength factor,the motion speed factor,basic endurance factor,speed endurance factor,sensitive factors.We should give priority to the development of physical training in athletes strength and flexibility,but also paying attention to the quality and strength of pliable but hard to break the balanced development of other sports quality,in order to achieve the best training results.
