Aerobic Gymnastics sustainable development needs theoretical support. Physical capacity is significant to the development of competitive ability. In this academic dissertation, based on the multi-discipline crossing background, by the means of literature and interviews observation, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, the author started the research with the evolution of the international rules for the entry point of Aerobic Gymnastics, probed into the technical characteristics both in the training practice and theories, studied on the physical capacity, included the concept, structure, elements, classification and special attributes; summarized its physical features based on the indicators which provided by the outstanding athletes, and then refined the physical training theory of the Gymnastics Aerobics, included concept, theoretical basis, training principles and training content, the main conclusions as follows:1 Physical capacity in Aerobic Gymnastics is a kind of complex athletic ability that based on the body morphology and systems, which meet to the requirements of the sport specific characteristics, which is continuous, high-intensity, dynamic, comprehensive and specific.2 The special attributes of it include the specific sports adaptability, the comprehensive athletic quality, high core controllability, the introjections of the physical agility and technique, dynamic and phase, complementation, and complexity of the evaluation.3 The performance of the Aerobic Gymnastics physical quality is as follows: jump, twist, landing cushion, support, landing into pronation, balance, posture control capacity based on the dynamic and static strength; kick, spin-legs, split, range of motion control capability based on the initiative flexibility; the routine stamina based on the anaerobic energy supply system; music response, moving speed based on movement speed and high coordination capacity. It can be summarized as "flexibility is the foundation, the strength is the sticking point, technique is fundamental, endurance is the guarantee." 4 Extracted six factors of Aerobic Gymnastics quality indicators, the cumulative contribution of extracted factors reaches 80.541%. Respectively, the indicators is the energy system (anaerobic endurance) factor, systemic power factor, abdomen strength factor, arms strength factor, legs strength power factor, back power factor.5 The training program is transfer process which promotes general physical fitness to the specific, which focusing on the difficulty and routine fitness enhance. The overall control method is likely to the procedures training model, the difficulty physical training methodology can be classified three part:the basis training methods, techniques in quality improvement methods, the formation of technologies; operation of training should follow the intrinsic chain of the difficulty and start with the based action; dynamic Strength training is a key element, the development of routine capacity mainly depends on the anaerobic endurance means of the glycolysis, the training program have different emphases throughout all stages of the cycle.
