The General Evolution And Development Of Basketball

China’s basketball circles has always concerned about development of basketball. Facing with increasingly complex development of modern basketball practice, they try to make things simple or just understanding them from a certain level and one aspect is not enough. In this paper, general evolution theory as an analytical perspective, based on historical facts, using literature and data, systems analysis, expert interviews and logical analysis method, through the evolution of basketball, builds a generalized evolutionary model of basketball. On the basis of basketball’s evolution and momentum, author further analysis evolution mechanisms and direction of basketball to explore the scientific answers to these questions which would make important theoretical and practical significance. The main conclusions are as follows:1) Basketball sports are "self-expression" system, its evolution can be divided into creation stages and evolution stage that can also be divided into initial, linear growth, nonlinear growth and other small stages. As different stages’elements and factors within the system inter-related, it makes the complexity of basketball continued to emerge.2) Broad evolution of basketball is the system elements’development. The evolution of elements is the process of a quantitative accumulation and qualitative enhancement, as increasing types of element and large amounts of evolutionary effects becoming a complex combination and synergy problem. Basketball association and system is to reduce the system’s uncertainty and complexity of a synergistic manner to promote basketball evolving in the orderly direction.3) Basketball generalized evolutionary model consists of soft and hard structure. Two parts interacted-the hard structure supports the soft structure while the soft structure builds the hard structure. Hard structure implements "normal" function of the system, to ensure the survival of the system, and the soft structure builds the hard structure on the support of the hard structure so that the whole system continues to evolve.4) The boundary conditions of basketball generalized evolution offers for the system opening; the necessary conditions are from equilibrium and non-linear interaction; sufficient conditions are the dissipative structure and synergy. Driven by the evolution comes from the system itself-the cumulative negative entropy and external environments of negative entropy-phase coupling, common offset the entropy production within the system.5) Basketball broad macro-evolutionary mechanism is the interaction between soft and hard structures; the selective process of the initiative variation and values clearing. Micro-mechanism is the nonlinear interaction, fluctuations and symmetry breaking, bifurcation and choice. Its nature indicates a "self-expression" system of continuous innovation and the local optimization process.6) The direction of the general evolution of basketball is core values. Improvement of social adaptation is in-depth values in the basketball evolutionary history. According it, we established a set of evaluation system and to institutionalize it. In order to avoid or reduce the evolution of "escape" from the occurrence tendency, it requires system hardware structure facing with a large number of variations of the soft structure to choose, it still keep clear values.
