Research On Digital Manufacturing Model And Its Support System For Multi-varieties And Small-batch Job Shop

The industrial economic system of our country is formed gradually during theprocess of its own development and undertaking industry transfer of developed countryin the world. The production manufacturing process is the core of industrial economy inour country. At present, the manufacturing capability of our country is large but notstrong, and comparing with the developed countries,our manufacturing model andmanufacturing efficiency still far behind, especially the discrete job shop,which haslarge quantities and distributs widely, still largely adopts the behind artificialmanagement way. With the development of economy, the progress of technology andthe increasingly fierce competition of market as well as the diversification of demand,Multi-varieties and Small-batch production has become the dominant mode ofproduction in today’s manufacturing. In this production mode, manufacturingenterprises especially production manufacturing workshops need more flexibility,flexible, and agile for market demand. How to promote management level andproduction efficiency of Multi-varieties and Small-batch job shop has become one ofthe hot issues for scholars’ study and application. The digital manufacturingtechnology with the combination of digital technology and manufacturing technologycreates a new production mode and provides an effective way to solve the problemsabove. On the basis of referencing the research results related to digital manufacturingat home and abroad this paper explors and researchs on digital manufacturing modeland support system for Multi-varieties and Small-batch job shop.Firstly, based on the analyzing for the production characteristics and needs ofMulti-varieties and Small-batch job shop, this paper puts forward a kind ofmanufacturing model for Multi-varieties and Small-batch job shop. And a contentdescription model, which includes three key contents, seven goals, eight features, forthe Multi-varieties and Small-batch job shop digital manufacturing mode, is given. Inaddition, the mode of overall framework for the Multi-varieties and Small-batch jobshop digital manufacturing model is built, including the support layer for digitalmanufacturing system foundation, the support layer for digital manufacturing system,the main layer for digital manufacturing, the efficiency layer for digital manufacturingand the target layer for digital manufacturing.Then, the support system for the Multi-varieties and Small-batch job shop digital manufacturing model and its key technologies have been studied.we also build thetechnical framework system and functional architecture system of support system forthe Multi-varieties and Small-batch job shop digital manufacturing model.Besides thispaper also does research on some key technologies, such as integrated productionfacilities operating mode for Multi-varieties and Small-batch job shop, productionoperations dynamic scheduling method for the Multi-varieties and Small-batch job shopand quality real-time dynamic statistical process control technology for key process forthe Multi-varieties and Small-batch job shop.Finally, we also develop and carry out a set of digital manufacturing supportingsystem.The above research results have been applied to precision parts job shop inGuizhou a factory, and good results are obtained.
