As far as human society is concerned, human development is a fundamental and eternalissue, which manifested as “requires to be answered repeatedly and never goes to the end”.It updates its concrete manifestation forms constantly along with the progress of society andhistory. Therefore, the answers to the issue have to be kept pace with the times. This is theoriginal intention that the paper attempts to research the issue of entrepreneurial developmentunder the conditions of knowledge society.The answer needs to be comprehensive. Firstly, the issue of human development has thenature of integrity, and it can not be understood as “limited part” in theory, otherwise it willdegenerate into unilateral profundity. Secondly, we are in a “comprehensive era” based oncomprehensive thinking communication, which requires the “dialogue of logos”, requires toguard the “knowledge-power” tendency of Foucault and requires to hold the position that“let the mind fully display in all directions” so as to reach the summit of wisdom. Theabove are main reasons that the research adopted the interdisciplinary position, principles andmethods to explore the issue from the perspective of openness and development.According to historical materialism, whatever any kind of production mode is thetemporary historical mode rather than eternal social production mode. When the order of“material” appears great changes, it is necessary that the productivity will put forward newrequirements for production relations, which will result in the changes of individuals’practical activities in the aspects of mode, contents and scope without the control of people’swill, and it manifested as continuing evolution of work division scope and labor modality inproduction. Therefore, under the third tidal wave of knowledge society, the largescaleemergence of entrepreneurial activities is the outcome of contradictory activities betweenproductivity and production relations rather than contingency of history. Based on the abovetheory, as a kind of practice and the evolvement of sense that people adapts to society, thedevelopment of entrepreneurship and its view is the outcome of combination of general truthof Marxism and the reality of social and historical development which contains profoundhumanistic thought, practical and historical of Marxism, embodies contemporary materialpractice, objective relations and development modality of “actual individuals” and thedevelopment views decided by them, and sparkled the value and ideality of Marxismphilosophy.The above issues are included in the process evolving from human history to knowledgesociety. However, we have paid more attention to the order changes of“material”in the past,such as the view of “knowledge becoming the most important production element”, “application of knowledge in society”,“new growth theory”, modern enterprise mode andcapital market, etc., and made little research on the historical chances of human developmentin knowledge society and the new labor modality, development mode, development view, itsprogress and future trends going with the development of knowledge society.From the point of the paper, the development of entrepreneurship has become a maindevelopment mode of people in knowledge society, and the reasons are as the follows: firstly,knowledge society is organized by entrepreneurial process, and it is the entrepreneurialactivities that realizes “science and technology are the primary productivity” and“knowledge is the power”; secondly, the popularization of higher education has transformedthe general laborers to the potential entrepreneurs adaptable to knowledge society; thirdly,under the knowledge society that characterized by“distribution according to innovation”, theentrepreneurial activities put forward requirements for freedom, independence and creativityof people inherently; fourthly, under the situation that knowledge has become the mostimportant productivity element by replacing material capital, the possibility that onlyentrepreneurship can rein capital and serve human development has appeared.Compared with other objective activities at present time, the development ofentrepreneurship has greatly promoted the development of people because of its moregenerality, freedom and comprehensiveness, and this point should arouse the attention oftheoretical research. These promotion roles include: firstly, realizing greater liberation fromdependency on “material”; secondly, more freedom; thirdly, more comprehensiveness;fourthly, more equality and universal communication; fifthly, it can create material conditionsfor the development of every individual; sixthly, boost the innovative transformation oftradition; seventhly, become the organizer uniting free individuals instead of the capitalowners.It is self-evident that human development requires suitable social conditions as well asappropriate spiritual conditions. As to the people who don’ t pursue development,development is indifferent; as to the people who value development, development is thewhole world. The spiritual conditions are manifested as development view in individuals.Although the third tidal wave provides new historical chances for human development, thedevelopment objectives, path and their realization degree all relates closely with thedevelopment view of people. Therefore, in order to adapt to history, it is necessary that thenew people in knowledge society should innovate self-development view to realize free andcomprehensive development at maximum degree, and the entrepreneurial development viewperhaps is the most important view in it. Meanwhile, the social value system and culturaltradition all need creative transformations so as to conform to the incoming changes, and it isperhaps the only opportunity for China to keep up with the civilization pace before the adventof resources exhaustion and aging society------to develop the spiritual conditions needed by the comprehensive and free development of people in knowledge society as soon as possible,which includes the entrepreneurial development view and the “human cooperation-orientedextended order” that promotes the generation of entrepreneurial development view.In the grand historical narration, education should actively intervene in it to help theeducation objects do better in the aspects of thinking and behavior of self-development.Therefore, the theoretical research should pay attention to the generation mechanism,evolution principles and educational practice of entrepreneurial development view, and theconcrete questions are: how the entrepreneurial view of people establish? Do people’sentrepreneurial works and their development view accord with the principle of inherentconsistency? How does people’s entrepreneurial view evolve? In the process of evolvement,do there exist different development phases? What are the principles of evolvement? Whatimpacts of entrepreneurial development view on the transformation of tradition? Research onthese issues can endow validity with entrepreneurial development view and its education aswell as provide theoretical accordance for educational practice. Therefore, the paper delvedon the establishment process of entrepreneurial development view and analyzed thefour-phase-model of entrepreneurial view evolvement that includes four view developmentlevels of no development, pre-development, development and over-development byconstructing the behavior analytical framework and applying extended expectation utilityfunction. From educational contents, the entrepreneurial view education should embed inentrepreneurial education, and it should be at the commanding position. Teachers shouldregard themselves as the midwife, problem initiator and environment builder so as to promotethe view development of students. They should deploy educational practice under the equaland open situation without knowledge infusion and standard by adopting value clarificationmethods.
