So Hayek firmly maintain themarket economy,Hayek’s concept of freedom is based on Classical liberal tradition, the AustrianSchool, critical philosophy. He proposed that established on the basis of limitedrationality of individual freedom, and that social progress depends on thespontaneous order, rather than rational pre-designed results. Hayek think thoseprinciples only re interpretation and liberal masters once advocated, many socialproblems will be smoothly done or easily solved this moment, Hayek tried toliberalprinciples throughout the philosophical basis for comprehensive analysis andsynthesis. In Hayek’s view of freedom and free system is a product of civilization, but not the design of the product, in other words, freedom andfreedom are notrational foresight and man-made achievements. Hayek experienced two world wars,so he realized the totalitarian brings to humanfreedom and development of suffering.Hayek holds that the theoretical basis of totalitarianism is due to abuse of reason andhuman design thinking on the development of the society, his goal in life is tocriticize the ideology. His starting point is to return to classical liberalism, to defendthe freedom and liberty. The academic thought and the political position of Hayekhave a profound impactother liberals, they all take the classical liberal in thetradition, to defend the free capitalist system, attack, planned economy and socialistpublic ownership. New liberalism is the continuation of Hayek thought and developfurther, they not only has a profound impact on the development of capitalist society, and on a global scale have a great effect, resulting in the international order, political, economic, cultural pattern of change. New liberalism is the essence of marketfetishism in the new historical situation of varieties, is the market fundamentalism.Although the practice has proved that, the new liberalism in the worldareshowing a decline trend, but it still or obvious or hidden way affect China’ssocialist market economy practice, therefore, to stay alert, in an objective, criticalunderstanding of Hayek and new latitudinarian thoughts, its essence to itsdross.
