With the development of social economy and the expansion of vocational education, the awareness of improving the quality of vocational education has been awakened, and the decision right concerning quality has been in the process of transfer. Given above, it is historical responsibility of vocational educators to answer what is the meaning and generative mechanism of vocational education quality. Taking the generative thinking and rationale composition method as the core research methodology, this thesis clarifies the generative process vocational education as well as its influencing factors, intending to build the scientific outlook on quality. Thus, the quality standards and evaluation would be set up which would lead to the improving of vocational education in the end. The quality of vocational education is the measurement of its subjective and objective prescription reflects the properties of vocational education entities and match relations among its stakeholders’ demands, and it keeps generative momentum. The generative mechanism refers to the process, pattern and theory of the interaction among all the factors which influence quality generation. The quality generation depends on the innovative practices of its subjects a premise of which is their value analysis of cost and benefit, as well as a continual retrospection to meet certain standards and the goals.The quality generation in vocational education is the manifestation of how each part of vocational education interacts. This process unites the subjectification of objects together with objectification of subjects, including the interactions among the generative subjects, and those between subjects and objects. Also included are different quality generative patterns derived from diverse practices.The influencing factors in quality generation include the premises, bases, requirements and costs produced in innovative practices. The costs can be divided into recessive cost and dominant cost. In the quality generation process, costs in various ways combine together optimally as the marginal cost. The optimization of the influencing factors, in essence, is the formation of marginal cost, which covers the cost sources, distribution, and application and reimburse.No quality generation in vocational education can be achieved without the guidance of certain outlook on quality. Vocational education is a synthesis of two opposing elements: ideals and realities. This confliction produces the outlook of vocational education. The pursuit of quality ideals creates the social and cultural capital. In return, both capitals receive monitoring of vocational education outlook on values, and thus, the outlook on quality is being produced.As the direct representation of outlook on vocational education, the quality can be further measured by quality standards. Quality evaluation is the retrospection of generative subjects’, the objectification of outlook on quality, as well as the implementation of its quality standards. The aim of quality management is to discover an effective quality evaluation system based on certain standards. To ensure the quality generative in vocational education, the constant optimization of the innovative practices is a top priority.
