With the market competition and the high degree of openness of the globalmarket, the corporate culture turns to be more and more significant. The corporateculture is the intangible assets of the enterprise, so there are the essential factors of theenterprises to establish a system of values that has its own characteristics in the fiercecompetition in the victory. The construction of enterprise culture is very important todevelop core competencies, and the competition for talent and the competition. Theconstruction of enterprise culture has a very important significance.This article is in this context to study the building of enterprise culture and thetopic has important theoretical and practical value. The study consists of the theory,mode, and system evaluation of the building of enterprise culture.The dissertation has the research innovations in the following areas. Thedissertation analyzes the relationship between the various elements within thecorporate culture management system, and establishes a corporate culturemanagement system that consists of corporate culture strategic systems, humansystems, marketing systems, production systems, financial systems, and innovativesystem management system. The dissertation divides the corporate culturemanagement system into five subsystems which consists of support system, restraintsystem, run the system, the power system and the target system from the point of viewof the overall operation. The system has the complex internal structure, and there is astrong correlation and interdependence among the elements, and constitutes a multiplefeedback loop to constantly adjust the system operation status changes over time. Thedissertation analyzes the elements of the management system of the enterprise cultureand interaction of key variables, and corporate culture management system led loopfeedback loop. The dissertation provides support for the establishment of enterpriseculture management simulation system, and deepens the internal corporate culturemanagement system important research and understanding of the feedback structureand its dynamic behavior relationship. The study of the behavior of the systemimproves the corporate culture management, policy analysis and policy improvement.The dissertation discusses the theory in terms of management, economics, organizational behavior, philosophy, cultural studies, psychology, sociology andsystems of support for the theory of corporate culture and its construction. Analyticalframework of the theory of corporate culture is built from the principles andcharacteristics of the corporate culture, the structure and function of the corporateculture, corporate culture run platform evolution mechanism, running paths, etc.The dissertation analyzes the evaluation of the effectiveness of corporate cultureconstruction elements from the spirit of enterprise culture, enterprise system, culture,business practices and cultural and corporate material culture. Based on the scientific,completeness, forward-looking, practical principle, the dissertation determinesmultiple indicators index system by the enterprise’s financial dimension, customerdimension, the dimension of the internal processes and learning and growthdimension and establishes a comprehensive evaluation of the effect of corporateculture construction model.The dissertation has important reference on the healthy development of China’senterprises and has the value for reference in the related fields of academic research.
